Hey thanks for the kind words!
The crates are MDF, they're painted with an airbrush, and I was playing around with some different techniques - will still require a final bit of touching up but generally speaking almost there!

Can you please release some transparent neon green bases in tactical display design?
Tau are coming soon (around April), and GW is chasing customers away to Infinity and Sedition Wars.
I am just digging up my old Tau stuff and not finding the bases I want.

Call to Arms was good, a nice relaxed start to the season apart form me forgetting a box that had most of the painted terrain in it! One day I'll manage to bring everything to a show I'm working on the roads now, a slight redesign meant rearranging some production frames.

I was thinking of doing something along those lines for my own Combined Army Infinity force...
Now the MOD.CO.N pre-orders are out the way we can get back to finishing off old products and starting new ones

Now the corridors are temporarily out the way (until we get back on the rooms and other bits!) we've had some time to get other projects a bit further along. Anyone waiting for the sky-level elevated roads will be happy to know they're the next to be painted ready for release. We've tweaked the access ramp slightly which meant changing the layout of the production frames, but they're all set up and good to go! Ed's also modelled up a nice accessories set to make those roads look even more road-y, which will be sold as a pack including one large sign, 2 small signs, 2 large hanging billboards, and a fire escape ladder to get back down to ground level.
I've been revisiting the modular building set with an eye to releasing it either at or after Salute. Some parts have been modified to make building easier and make the finished construction stronger, and I have a list of extra parts to model up, including a heli-pad and lobby, but so far there is the core unit with removable lift, a hab module, connecting tunnels and an external lift. The prototypes have worked out well and just need some slight refinement before they're ready for detailing.

Nice stuff! Glad to see that the roads are still coming, the signs look great on them as well (though the small side ones look like they don't fit that well?). And the modular building is perfect, looks like something straight out of a sci-fi movie, the Star Wars clone facilities perhaps?
Very excited for all this! Also looking forward to some rooms for the corridors.

They came loose because we'd just been waving that road section around in the air trying to get some decent pictures, the workshop isn't the best environment for photography

Well in that case you are most forgiven! I understand the pains of trying to get a good picture, I am notorious for strapping lights to myself to create a crude version of a lightbox in my own little room.

Love the road sign piece - with a little bit of modification it would make an excellent promenade by moving the left and right signs "inside" the piece. I'm very much reminded of a docking ramp to a ship...

Warmill - any estimate on availability and price?
What about customizability?
I want to create some megways for my Mega City One terrain. It would be cool to have some Dredd/MC1 references, or if possible, have some custom signage. I'm recreating a major battle at "Dan Tanna Junction" during the Apocalypse War (when East-Meg One invaded Mega City One) and would love to have appropriate signage, etc.

Hah the original design does have the signs on the inside, but they hang down a bit low for any traffic to get under them!

Cheers, that will be soon depending on how hard I crack the whip on Ed

Hopefully within a few weeks, before the end of March at any rate. I need to work out packages and production times to get exact prices yet. Packages will probably be the big ramp by itself, a package of the ramp and some straights, and packs of just the sky and mid-level legs parts to allow converting of the standard height sets between games. I grew up with 2000AD so a Mega City One sign set sounds pretty appealing...

Sounds fantastic. How wide are the roads? I have piles of vehicles from Antenociti's Workshop and I'm wondering if two will fit side by side.
How about an off-ramp/connecting lane?

Each lane is 62.5mm wide if I recall. There's already a t-junction piece and a low-to-tabletop ramp in the ELMOR range which is compatible with these parts.

Man we've been away for a while! Yep Ed is furiously painting the big set for photos, while I'm just finishing off the instructions. We're off to trade at a show this weekend so painting will resume next week for a photo shoot at the weekend.
Also, good news for Alpharius, we've done some re-jiggering and we're able to reduce the price of the ELMOR sets from their current price;
ELMOR Outpost from £54.99 to £44.99
ELMOR Colony from £82.99 to £64.99
ELMOR Mega City from £99.99 to £89.99
The elevated packages will be up on the site shortly.
Also, a bunch of other products that have been sat waiting for release (and even been sold at shows!) have been done ready to be photographed as well.
Have faith in us, we haven't run away yet!

I know it was posted some time ago (September last year in fact) but any more news on whether this beauty will ever make an appearance?
I'm looking for a centrepiece for a new board, and think that would fit the bill very nicely if it were ever released!

Wow.. You know, I opened this page this morning before going to work, but didn't have time to delve through the thread to find that pic. Then, in the time I was away the new update was posted (I still had the older thread open so didn't check) - coincidences!
Great news though in any case!

I want some of those buildings to make something like the oop FW Anphelion Base, I miss that thing, would have bought it as well had it not cost 900 quid! Now I will have to decide between that or the space corridors, hmm.

I'd completely forgotten about that thing, I just googled it and man, I think there was some subliminal influence there! This set is our next priority now the roads are on the home stretch, there's a few tweaks required on the helipad but by and large it's ready for detailing prior to setting up for production. With Salute rapidly rearing it's head, it's unlikely to be released until after then (especially as we have 4 products still to release) but will be on track for pretty soon after.
It's been slightly remodelled from the original picture from way back, all with the aim of making it a bit less fiddly to build and stronger when it's finished. The elevator has been made less needlessly complicated and the whole thing is just more pleasant to build and play with.

That's some nice paint work on the surgery shack. That airbrush work looks complicated.
The fin on the roof is a really nice detail good way to add cover on the roof without it feeling forced.
