It may not be covered 100%. Apocalpyse is whenever you are using those rules, in case it isn't

This thought just occurred to me, does it matter which armies we go up against? I mean, I'm working for the sides of Disorder and Other, but what if I get pitted against, say, a Chaos Space Marines player? Does it still just count as a victory/loss towards Disorder, regardless of what I'm facing?

Yup, as long as only 1 of you are in the campaign. If you both are, then decide which of you counts as Order and Disorder for the purposes of the campaign.
