Hello, hello!

Time for September promises that will be potentially broken!

I sort of made my goal for August in that I got my Deathmarine built but I just didn't get him painted. That is going to be one of my vows for this month:

My Vows:

-Paint my Deathwatch Marine
-Build a squad of Space Marine Bikers (possibly get them primed); EDIT: Still toying around with the contents of the Bike Squad
-Resist purchasing unnecessary models/kits (that'll get broken quick)

What about you folks?

(Just an FYI: this is all just for fun... no one will put a gun to your temple if you don't finish... unless you want someone to... I am not responsible for dead people with unfinished models)

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

I want to paint up some more Nomads but will not get a chance to do so until after I have finished my research dissertation in the middle of September.

Added to my terrible slowness at painting anything I aim to paint 2 Nomads... whichever ones I pull out of my pile of unpainted stuff first

Spoiler:

Lore Entry:
The Crimson Banner

The holy robe of St Valencia herself has been refashioned as the only banner of this order of battle sisters, it’s blood stained, burned, torn and frayed edges unique against the livery of other forces. The Crimson Banner has lead the way for the Sacred Heart of the Gatekeeper for every single one of it’s major actions over the centuries. It is the only banner the order will ever carry and has never fallen in any battle.

1. Cut, sort all random bits into baggies and into "The Bits Bin" and toss sprues - Complete

Being this is my First month really getting back into the hobby after deployment and family medical issues my list will be short but ambitious.

1. Paint AoBR Warboss.
2. Build and paint custom base/diaroma for Warboss.
3. Paint human Blood Bowl Team.

1 and 2 are for a gift. I have a wonderful NCO about to retire and he has admired the models in my office so I want to give him as special going away gift.

3 is a personal goal so the next time my nephew comes over we have at least one painted Blood Bowl Team between the two of us.
