A teenage girl has run out of Perth Magistrates Court and smashed a car with an axe on a main street, yelling and swearing at officers as they tried to restrain her.
The 15-year-old girl began smashing the windows of the parked Pajero in front of dozen of stunned onlookers on Hay St yesterday.
She had just bolted from the court with two female friends, all of whom appeared angry and upset as they left.
Police and security guards chased the trio and struggled to restrain the girl with the axe.
It is believe the frenzied attack was related to a family dispute over unpaid parking fines.
All that over a couple of parking tickets? What happened to my country?

I can't shed anymore light on it than you guys, as all I've seen was the same news story on the news. I laughed my head off at the people in the background casually walking down the street, as if there wasn't a crazy axe wielding nutter just up the road from them, then I forgot all about it.
Bit odd that she'd be angry over parking fines, given she's only 15 and won't be legally driving for almost two more years.
I'd guess maybe the 'family dispute' part of it might be the bigger deal, as she appeared to be aboriginal. Those family disputes can get pretty crazy. Maybe that's a little racist of me, but I'd be surprised if there wasn't some bigger family element to what was going on.

Those people (I mean scumbags in general, not Aboriginals in specific) have no problem driving whilst unlicensed. While the fines would have been made out to the registered owner, it's entirely possible the girl was driving the car at the time.
This type of behaviour is entirely normal for this particular sub-species of humanity. There was footage on telly tonight of some guy in Centrelink (Australian welfare office) losing his cool and throwing chairs at people.

Ah-ha, a convict joke, I see what you did there. A while back we had 2 guys fight. One had a katana (I think, or maybe the news said 'samurai sword' and I just assumed that) and the other a chainsaw.
