So its official we now live in te Golden Age of plastic minis.

Mantic and War games Factory are churning out cheap cheerful fsntasy and scifi figures. Defiant is doing some cool stuff and the Perry's historical figures are second to none.

And then there's all te cool stuff due on line through kick starter and other micro financing.

So... what projects would excite you?

Well, I am already getting a miniature of Cthulhu (I had been looking for a (affordable) miniature of Cthulhu before the kickstarter, actually...) with the Reaper kickstarter, so maybe some Brotherhood of Steel plastic miniatures? That is my favorite kind of power armour, and I would enjoy building an army from Fallout. Maybe throw in some plastic wastelanders and Enclave, for good measure.

Daleks. Lots of Daleks.

And big warmachines. They don't have to be from any particular setting, they don't have to have a million parts, they don't have to be articulated... they just need to scale well with 28-ish mm minis, and be A) big and B) cool-looking.

I will continue to theorize that the moment I paint my last Valhallan, there will be a gorgeous multipart plastic kit of them. I think I'd start up IG of almost any flavor if they came out in plastic though.

Aside from that, from GW I'd buy a Warhound Titan or Thunderbolt fighter if they came out in plastic. If a fighter with a similar aesthetic came out I'd be happy with that too!

I would be all over a set of Mad Max-style raiders in plastic. They could be a Necromunda gang or a random kit from one of these other plastic companies, I would love a set of them. Honestly, enough figures to support a Fallout tabletop game would make me ecstatic.

A lot of you guys have some uninspired dream models. Stuff GW is too lazy to make is kind of a dull dream model.

If there was a megaman giftset with miniatures of all the main characters, side characters, and robot masters I'd have one for each franchise (except star force). I don't even need a game for those models.

I have also long dreamed of plastic terrain kits much like GW's without the skulls or inflated prices. Some highly detailed and well-sized terrain features built for gameplay with lots of good, flat surfaces in many themes for many settings would delight me.

Xeno ANY scenery kits..

Satisfying though it is that every battle is on a trashed Imperial planet, there really needs to be more xeno scenery than ork Barricades..
