He is the Chaplin that I bought about 2 weeks ago but I had never got around to painting any of them till today. I only painted one today so I painted him. Sorry about the picture quality, I am not that great with cameras.

This looks amazing, at fist glance I was like 'what that's it?' but then I really started looking at how AWESOME it is, good job. Looks really worn and gritty, totally cool.

Thats awesome. I would do the sword on his back in that blue though, it would add detail to the back view. And maybe make the smoke darker

I really like the muted pallet you've used on this guy. As ecstasy said at first glance it looks under painted then you notice that its just a muted pallet and its really well painted.
He looks almost ghostly. Really nice unconventional paint job.

At first I was all "ZOMG that's not a Dark Angel Chaplain!" But after I got over that it is really nicely done. It looks...almost like a statue come to life or a ghost.

I really like the glow and lighting effects you've achieved, I just feel like it looks a bit like you went a little bit crazy drybrushing...maybe you didn't even drybrush, but that's the effect that I'm seeing here...it's a bit much for my personal tastes.
