Subject: Mierce Miniatures - News & Rumors Thread - METAL AGE Érainn Host on Pg. 187!
Maybe the recovery roll shouldnt be a penalty....I mean your spell casters are already spending life to cast spells. Your spending an action to attempt to recover- so it shouldnt have the possibility to be a double negative. In other words if you fail thats bad enough because you just wasted an action.
Not oh you failed wasted an action and possibly killed yourself. Makes it very risky bringing a spell caster period more of a liability really....as you have no reliability and your odds of killing yourself to cast spells very high. it seems.....esp since its 2d10 damage with possibility of exploding dice.....
Think all you designers are doing is making it to where no-one will take spellcasters unless their powers are ridiculously good or they are very cheap and expendable.

@Chaos45 - before we changed it, sorcerers failing their Temper Test did virtually nothing - it lowered his Temper attribute's value - and was no deterrent. This way, there is a cost; and bear in mind that most sorcerers start with a lot more constitution (some monstrous sorcerers have a lot of constitution), and it's often better to attempt to recover before constitution becomes very low. So it's not like it happens all the time, and there's plenty of things to go against it.
What I'm trying to say is - I hear you, but it's not a problem at all, and people are not dissuaded from taking sorcerers.

Doomed I say.

Me three, this is what I wanted when I first heard about the project.

Still, all the hosts are great deals in this one, so I have no doubt it would be good too. 10 infantry will set you back about $40. 10 Reaper bones man sized figures runs $30 retail. No disrespect to Reaper, but the choice seems clear to me!

The armor plating all over his body is different. Legs especially. There's armor plates where the mummified head is now. Less spikes on the arm guards.

I know, right? I'm actually not a huge fan of many of the female Mierce sculpts (some just don't live up to the concept art at all) but they hit that one out of the park!
After a nice weekend we're now at around the £14,000 mark and that means the Byzantii Infantry Starter Host is not too far away... and so let's give you another metal host to go for - this time the Érainn Tuanagh Infantry Starter Host!
Increase your pledge by £60 to get a hold of the Érainn Tuanagh Infantry Starter Host!
Watch out for more infantry hosts soon... we seem to be knocking over those stretch goals pretty quickly!
