In terms of sheer fluff value, I love me a big choppa. I cannot imagine a more awesome weapon than an axe-shaped chainsaw whose sheer weight and size treats armor and it's occupant like cheese through a grater. If only it matched that capability on the tabletop.

Las-gun guard forever

The Railgun. Scariest tank buster in the game with optional pie-plate of death... Plus it's based on real technology being developed by the US Navy.

Right now, Dark lances. I destroyed 2 Land Raiders turn 1 a few weeks ago with these bad boys...Whats tht? AV14? not today, try 12.

Nemesis Halberds, followed closely by the Nemesis Greatsword.

Favorite weapon? I'm gonna roll with the autocannon, very few weapons can equally threaten infantry and most vehicles.

An honorary mention goes to the shredder, such a terrible weapon has such a cool idea,monofilaments that slice and dice sign me up!

Either the Hammerhead Rail Gun for the pure awesomeness which are the ability to shoot both S10 AP1 OR Large Pie Plates, the Shokk Attack Gun for reality destroying Inter-Battlefield Ballistic Snotlings, or the Combi-Melta for how awesome they make sternguard.

In terms of Lore I would love a Witchblade/Singing Spear. Singing Spear more so, since you can throw it and it automatically comes back to you. However, I never felt like these things were properly represented in the lore (they should be force weapons).

In the actual game.....probably The Wailing Doom. I mean....it can shoot Melta. A Sword.....that shoots Melta. Yes. Please.

god I love watching people fail pinning checks as they get torn up by this weapon

I am personally a fan of the Huskblade. A large bony scimitar weighing barely anything and being wielded by the most graceful and efficient killers in the galaxy. Slip the AP 2 weapon into an armor joint and watch as all of the water in the victim's body is ripped violently from them. Almost instantly lethal, almost. Only leaving enough time for the incredible pain the victim suffers to be feasted upon by the happy go lucky Archon or Haemonculus.

My personal favorite is a tda with an assault cannon in one hand and a chainfist in the other.

Lasgun for IG and tank hammer for Orks ... Lasguns are the fury of 1000 flashlights and Tank hammers are constructed from pure win with a small rocket on the end

Lasguns, because they're fething lazorz that bore holes in people and horribly maim them that can be recharged with a wall-jack! The perfect weapon!

Ctually I have changed to the Haded. Not for the rules but the idea.

First off you have Autopistols, then they turn it to a rifle, the autogun. Then they make it a heavy weapon, the Autocannon. Then they decide "let's upgrade the accuracy and ROF. Add another barrel. "Thus the Reaper Autocannon.

They they decided to change it altogether. Add 4 more barrels but put them in a rotatary system. Thus the Assault Cannon replaced the Reaper as the Terminator autoweapon.

Then the Chaos Space Marines come along. "6 barreled minigun autocannon? But weaker? Bah! 6 barreled MEGAGUN Autcannon and stronger! Blood for the blood god!"

Hence we get the ultimate Autocannon. Combineds the best bits of the Autocannon/Reaper (higher strength), add more Strength, then the best bit of the Asscannon (high ROF) and pair them to double it! That is proper engineering there!

The earthshaker was the gun that got me into the game, and i still love it (for the same reasons as previus eartshaker fans). The vulkan mega bolter is a close second though. 15-30 S6 AP3 shots? Yes please.

I have been making a buggy with a manned turret armed with a pair, just for the sheer hell of it

Deffguns and big shootas

Much sound and fury signifying ... well not a lot other than the orks are here ot make some noise and THROW LOTS OF DICE

For gaming, autocannons with psybolt ammo, can take on anything shy of a landraider.

Gameplay wise, it has to be Railguns, but for sheer awesomeness, Shokk attack guns and tank hammers.

Orks sure know how to build a great weapon

I like the Multilaser, it reminds me of an MG42.

In terms of sheer brutality, it has to be the power maul.

For fluff and carnage I like the Harlequin's Kiss.

For pure carnage...Demolisher Siege Cannon. For one on one carnage, the trusty Chain Sword.
