Some very nice new Batman models in there!

Especially liking the Penguin's Gang, Catwoman and Nightwing.

OK, and Bane too.

Still hoping for an awesome Azrael too!

Also - off to download the rules, thanks!

Whoa, had this been confirmed before, that Knight Models had the license for both movie and video game properties?

That's pretty awesome... I am a much bigger fan of movie Bane (and comic Bane) then video game Bane, so this makes me very happy. Also, potentially Hathaway "Catwoman" and JGL as... you know. Exciting!

I can't wait to see them in english. In an easier to download format.

Sir Isaac Newton may be the deadliest son-of-a-bitch in space, but John von Neumann is the logistics officer that eats your problems and turns them into kit.

I was going to try and translate them but... too much work, Spanish too rusty, no good programs available, etc, etc,.

So - let the waiting... continue!

Cant wait to get the rules in English either. Would also be nice if Knight Models actually supplied traders with the models

Being I'm putting in my next order for all of these next week I am glad they showed them... me think I will have to order a lot.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

I really dislike Batman (controversial I know) but these minis are awesome. I hope they can branch out into other comics, or even outside of DC itself, I'd love 28mm scale xMen or Avengers...

Since it seem the models will come with stat cards there is a good chance.

Anyone know if the recently released Heroclix Batman vehicles will scale well with these figures?

Or, if 1:50 scale vehicles will?

Thanks!

True 28mm scale (6 ft human = 28mm to top of the head) is suposed to be 1/56 in scale terms

so if my rough maths work is ok

1/48 = 32.6mm

1/50 = 31.4mm

Knight models say these are 35mm so you'd might be able to get away with 1/48 (although if the minis are too heroic in build things might be a bit off)

As far a heroclix goes I don't know what size they are equivalent to (but I found lots of folk asking). Maybe see if anybody at the FLGS plays and will show you one?

Actually as an add on I've seen a fair amount of really cheap chinese knock off toys in what's meant to be 1;43 which might be just right for 'normal' cars,

check out your dollar stores (& tint the windows, the interiors will be junk)

Not sure how much this helps without a comparison between a Clix figure and the Knight Models figures, but:

And just so you know, it's packed like this:

100% base free.

Well, look at it like this. You could get lucky and pull one your first box, in which case you pay less, or you could end up pulling it after 6 boxes, which will be much more than just buying one off eBay or other website that sells singles.

If you're not a Clix player or plan to become one, the outright purchase is probably worth it in the long run.

HeroClix is, you must understand, a collectable miniature game. Just think of the various boxes like booster packs of M:tG cards (as indeed the boxes are called booster packs). If you are looking for specific things, Trolland toad.com are a quite good source for singles. Miniature market also carries singles.

That was kind of my point, friend. I myself have been playing HC since the very first starter set was released.

Personally, I've stopped buying boosters. I've enough Clix to fill 3+ large tackleboxes(and they DO). I really only want certain pieces(especially since they keep redoing the big names) from the newer sets, so I buy singles.

Sorry, I meant that "you" in the general sense of people that didn't know about the singles market. Heh, I stopped buying (for the most part) since... Dark Knight Rises(?) came out. My storage medium of choice is Dollar store plastic bins... too many dollar store plastic bins, sigh...

I'll have to see a rule book before I'm sold, but it's at least an exciting concept.
$20 says that the Joker and Harley Quinn are the two most used HQs.

I understand the concept of a CMG, I was just wondering how they are sold, since there have been a few times when certain vehicles and the like were sold in open boxes and since the box had the Batmobile on it, I assumed it would be a similar situation here.
