I love the boss in teal. Black always seems a little bland to me. But teal, one of my favorite pastel colors!
Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless and perfunctory gift nobody ever asked for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down because there's nothing left to drink. Sure once in a while there's a peanut butter cup or a English toffee, but they're gone too fast and the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits of hardened jelly and teeth shattering nuts. If you're desperate enough to eat those all you've got left is a. An empty box, filled with useless brown paper wrappers.
This may be OT, but i'm going to try anyway, HOW on earth did you get that Chaos Star imprint on the gaming board? I'll be making my own board this summer and I'd like a chaos star on my board too The armies look amazing btw, I love your basework as well, especially on the space wolves

Reecius wrote: This gorgeous Farsight unit is both powerful on the table top and seriously good looking. The unit features some great NMM work, airbrush blending, line work, magnetized weapons, and freehand unit markings on the custom back banners. The end result is a real eye grabbing unit. This is a level 3 paint job with level 3 basing.
My brother has a Skorne commission coming your way very soon.

the black imperial knight is done very sloppy.. silver paint on the shoulder guards and the sword all over the black... shouldnt happen while doin commisions
They look unfinished, and are banking more on the fancy airbrush job than attention to details. Really, they look half-assed.
None of the filigree was done, the autobots logo on the shield looks derpy, and as pointed out, the yellow one's melta cannon/shield is upside down (this might be intended, but still). Additionally, where's the individuality, other than in color?
And I have no idea what's going on with the boring, lifeless bases. Graham crackers?
I don't know what the buyer wanted or how much was paid, but if I had commissioned someone to do Transformers Knights, I would not be pleased with this result.
But hey, this is just my two cents, and I am critical of commission work. The airbrush work is very nice.
Edit: Apologies if ya'll think I'm being rude, but I'm just giving my opinion and the opinions that some at my FLGS have discussed when we saw these on the FG site. We really appreciate what Reecius and the team at FG do for the gaming community and know they're a nice group of dudes. Just felt like this paintjob missed the mark from the standard of work we're used to seeing.

Do you think you guys could take some better pictures of your paint jobs?
You guys do some great work, but it's hard to tell when the photos don't line up with the alleged quality of the job.
Specifically, the "masterclass" photos above. I think you're doing a disservice your top level painters.
