For me this is one of those 'win the lottery and build a house with a dedicated room for tables with awesome terrain' purchase.

They shoulda had it with one side piled up to the top with dead Tyranids, and the other side piled up with dead Guardsmen.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?

That would be awesome. I can see people starting the mod work once these are out in the individual components.

If not for the mediocre who would be great, and thank goodness for those who are just terrible they make even those who are mediocre look great

A range of 'pile-able' deads from various armies as an expansion pack would improve this wall so much...

I can confirm that I have purchased the offending article.

I removed from sprue Wednesday, cleaned it up Thursday and primed it all last night. So it's coming along ok gents. I wanna get some magnets to hold the clips together in the near future.

The set feels like good value, and despite the dead Cadians -which detract a little in my opinion it feels really solid and is a high quality product.

I get the feeling that it will last forever as it is very solid.

I only purchased it because I found a few quid spare and thought it would be great to use as a centrepiece for a game over Xmas.

I will try to put some pics up once it is complete....hope this helps

That'd just give people two things to complain about rather than one.

I guess my issue with the dead Cadians is the fact that most if not all of them are skeletal remains....do you realize how long those bodies would have had to sit there right over the wall to decompose to that point? Doesn't the Imperium believe in cleaning that stuff up? The amount of disease spread by those bodies to the guys just over the wall a few feet would cripple most armies!

No wonder the infantry of the Imperium is so outclassed by most other armies, they have to sit behind a wall of their dead buddies for months at a time

The placement of the bones and the fact that they lack their equipment leads me to believe that they were deliberately prepared. Again, we have examples of such use in real world history, and the IoM is quite big on such paraphernalia and insignia.

Is this really so surprising, compared to ... a servo-skull?
