I am extremely jealous of your skill with the computer imagery! I tried once, now I just stick to good ol' pen, pencil, and paper. NIce stuff though, it's really got me inspired.

Because Full Metal Jacket is relevant right? I'm down with the kids... hip and all that jazz, aren't I?
Next is the other comics of the HH comic series I'm doing:
Haha that mortarion one is definately my fave, that reminds me of some of the people i work with and my reaction to their incandescent mumbling
Your painting skills are top notch, i love those old models you have too, brings back fond memories of my childhood.
also... your tablet skills are mental.
In a good way
i think i'll sub this too, just because the mix of models you do and comic strips keeps me on my toes lol
Lol, i like it. The new book needs some grot love in it. Megagrotz are the way forward. I think you should copyright it now with that model before they copy you
He's supposed to be penning it, but if he is and it turns out to be "WAAAAAGH WE'ZE ORKS YOU'ZE DED," then I think I'm going to be sticking to old fluff. I like hearing about Orks being Orks outside battle, which is kind of what I hoped would come with this latest one.
Plus, if GW's Ward IS penning it, why would he write about soggy little Gretchin Gits?
Camkhieri: "And another very cool thing, my phones predictive text actually gave me chicken as an option after typing robot, how cool is that."'
Meercat: "All eyes turned to the horizon and beheld, in lonely and menacing grandeur, the silhouette of a single Grot robot chicken; a portent of evil days to come."

Decided to have a bit of a play with sponge weathering today in preparation of painting the 'Mega-Grot'. Used a model I converted ages ago as a counts-as Grotsnik but kinda forgot about.
I'll try to get some better lit pictures and actually finish painting him later.
Since my painting and modelling has completely stalled I figured I'd post the progress on my latest artwork.
So I started off with this pencil sketch (which for me tend to be a complete mess).
Then I did a quick colour test to see what kind of colours I'd want to be working with...
Before starting the the image proper. Like before I coloured the helmet before the inking the rest because I get bored doing lineart and wanted to break the monotony.
One of these days I start a big art project that doesn't involve Space Marines... honest!
