Hi guys - just looking for some opinions on which are the better set from those who have used them, Secret Weapon, maxmini or some other I've not thought of?
Looking to use these with Cadian torsos, so not really interested in the WGF guys.
Cheers!

Greatcoats are pretty easy to GS onto a cadian, I've found. Since redoing my Elysian army with actual Elysians I've found myself with a number of now useless cadian models. As such, I've begun turning them into Steel Legion & Death Korps knock-offs to create several small allied guard detachments to provide a ground element to my Elysian army or for smaller games, or even just as an allied detachment of cheap, disposable infantry with chimeras to work with my Imperial Fists.

Oops, You're right about that. I didn't look closely enough.
Also possibly worth considering might be buying WGF greatcoats and just cutting off the tops. It's a real quick job if you've got a dremel, and it's probably cheaper than any of the leg sets available otherwise.
Based on the pic, it looks like the bet divides the body effectively.

If you need them to be GW legal to take part in tournies or play in your local GW store you could try the WHFB empire archer/huntsmen bodies. It'll be simple enough to cut the upper torso off and use the legs. You might want to add a bit of GS to the feet and ankles to alter the look of the footwear from medieval slipper to military boot. I know you're not keen on the Wargames Factory shock troops but i used the kneeling archer lower body on my own shock troops to make a heavy weapon team and they turned out great.
Besides Secret Weapon and MaxMini there's also Troll Forged Miniatures that do a few great coated variants; cossacky looking Great Coats, Chemsoldiers and Trenchers. They can also supply you with great coat 'blanks' that you can embellish yourself.
Victoria Miniatures don't produce great coat legs YET but i have been informed by Victoria Lamb herself that not-Valhallan conversion bits are in the pipeline which i'm sure will include legs, torsos and guardsmen heads in ushanka headgear
