I'd like to see sea-based units. I know it'll be difficult to adapt the rules, it'll add another aspect to the game, and a lot of boards don't have water features, but it would be cool. Even if it were another game like Battlefleet Gothic, but with water ships instead of star cruisers. Submarines, cruisers, battleships and other stuff would be cool. Maybe using sea-mines and stuff, and having multiple levels of play where subs could dive and resurface. I know its just a dream and would take years of creation, but it would be cool.

I believe the reason there isn't one is because the Warp Spider's aspect wasn't around when the Phoenix lords came into existence (or something to that effect) Anyone know for certain?

OP: I'd like to see a Deathwatch squad or maybe just scale up all space marines to be honest... (simple idea.... make everything else 5% smaller and make Space Marine kits 5% bigger as an example) just to make things look a little more scale accurate.

What's wrong with this? Rules wise, Sternguard are functionally identical, so those models work too.

Yeah I know that kit, used it myself, but by deathwatch kit I mean a kit with a little of all the chapter kits on it, like Dark Angels, Black Templars, Space Wolves, Blood Angels etc. So a kit that has enough components to make a single space wolf, a single blood angel etc. All with deathwatch bolters and shoulder pads.

Fair enough. That'd certainly be fun for someone who wanted to paint up a few marines from the various chapters.

You might as well just crawl on the table. Because that's about how big the Dominatrix would be, lol.

A plastic chaos lord in power armour kit (similar to the loyalist one).

“Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls.
The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does.
That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."
– Eighth Captain, Khârn
