For those that just want the Twilight Knight it's $23 US or $28 RoW - pledge level Lemure - the miniature will be made from pewter

From the Hell Dorado FAQ:

What Levels Can I use Add Ons?

You can Add On at any level. However, if you are an international customer please add $5 shipping and handling at the Lemure Pledge Level.

Thanks for that update - have to decide on whether or not to FINALLY jump into Hell Dorado, or just get the Kingdom Death mini...

The IRS seized my money before Kingdom Death could get to it. I believe I have some more scratch laying around here somewhere but I'm not sure what to add: pinups or Gorm? Wish I could just buy the game materials from that expansion and forgo the model.

Anyone else not able to see anything other than the expansions on the pledge manager?

Click on the different buttons to select different options. From memory they are on the left of the manager, and Resin is one of the options.

Apparently it doesn't work with explorer so I had to switch to Firefox. No biggy.

As a sidenote anyone see a way to change your actual pledge level? Doesn't seem to have that option and I was going to go from an extras only to survivor now that I have the funds and they opened up a pledge manager...

I don't think you can actually change you pledge level at this point.

No, confirmation back that they are not changing pledge levels.

Still playing with what I want. I hate pledge managers. Then I end up spending almost twice as much because it's in that months budget for hobbying...At least they'll be pretty

An interesting tidbit from the comments on the Kingdom Death update concerning the Hell Dorado tie-in;

Kingdom_Death wrote:@The Irishman, one of my requirements for doing the cross over might have been that I get to do a resin run. But I can't "officially" state anything right now, as I want it to help out Hell Dorado as much as possible!

went pretty mental on this kickstarter, as its a game i've been waiting for since I first saw it years ago. In the end $615 spent, and oddly, i dont regret a single dollar of it!

Different pledge manager email is all

Creator Kingdom Death about 2 hours ago
Ok, so "...We have special plans for you!" Does not mean there is any additional incentive to raise your pledge to 1k+. I merely meant that they would be getting a different email in regards to joining the pledge manager. I am really sorry for any confusion caused, I should have stated that more clearly, I was just excited to share all this art -_-

Remember the Gorm comes with the Regeneration Suit pinup (but just for the KS),

so $40 will get you the Gorm model, the Gorm armour kit minis, Gorm rules & a pinup

or $40 will get you 2 pinups with $10 spare

I'd go for the Gorm, and if you really hate the figure sell/trade it and proxy something else in your gaming

So I got my first resins today. The models, for the most part, look fantastic. I have a few problems, which I wanted to ask about:

1. For the pin up preacher, I received 2 sets of legs and no torso. I presume this isn't normal?

2. My pinup great game hunter has a pretty noticeable mould line through her legs and extends up onto her face.none of the other models have any kind of mould line whatsoever. The model is so delicate that I'm afraid to try and fix it because its pretty large.

I emailed orders@kingdomdearh.com for the first issue, but didn't notice the second until i went to clean her up and do assembly. Did I send my query to the right email? Should I contact them about the game hunter as well?

Appreciate it, gents.

I'd definitely contact them about the Game Hunter. All of my KD models have been flawless.

Well, Okay then. I finalized mine. After getting my resin pin ups from KD, I was sold on the resin for those pieces as display models:

Flower Knight Expansion 1
Dragon King Expansion 1
Dung Beetle Knight Expansion 1
Sunstalker Major Expansion 1
The Lantern Festival Major Expansion 1
Promo: Holiday White Speaker Nico 1
Promo: Candy and Cola 1
Promo: Kara Black 1
Messenger of Courage 1
Messenger of the Spiral Path 1
Messenger of the First Story 1
Messenger of Humanity 1
Allison the Twilight Knight: Plastic 1
Phoenix Dancer Resin 1
Primal Huntress Resin 1
Sunstalker Dancer Resin 1
Silk Assassin Resin 1
Illuminated Lady Resin 1
Spidicules Major Expansion 1
Slender Man Expansion 1

Couldn't bring myself to get the Gorm. I just don't like the model. And as you can see from the way they're listed, I decided to go all in with Spidicules nearly last. My wife is going to hate that model so much

I don't particularly like the Gorm either but I got it as it was effectively free if you factor in $15 for the Regeneration Suit and $25 for the Gorm Armour set both of which I wanted plus all the associated cards for the expansion so I can live with that - hopefully it comes with the smaller hands as an option.

The resin version has smaller hands. The KD:Monster release in 'plastic' very well may follow suit.
The hands and neck need a ton of greenstuffing and it'll be a fine model

Another Adam Update

Just a quick note, I'm heading to Pax East this Friday. I'll be on a panel called
"From Playtest to 3-D Printer: How to Make Your Own Board Game, War Game, or Tamagotchi".

I'm super excited to sit down and talk shop with some great peers! If you're at PAX please stop by and join the panel.

Details: March 22, 7:00 - 8:00 in Sphinx panel room at the Boston Convention Center.

Oh! Kingdom Death was mentioned in Kickstarters Blog Today!

I hope you've had a chance to peruse the pledge manager and I am happy to report that nearly 3,000 pledgers have successfully locked in their pledges!! That's amazing, thank you so much for your patience and support through this process!!

I just wanted to give everyone an update on the pledge manager close date.
Please have your pledges confirmed by APRIL 7.

The pledge manager will close that day at 11:59 PM EST. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact anna (anna@kingdomdeath.com). Thanks again and I look forward to releasing some exciting final figures.

you can now say over 3000

I will be sending everyone the pledge manager instructions via the kickstarter message system ( which they have recently updated to allow me to do this! ) just to be certain that everyone gets it.

Now the good stuff!

I won't complain about the pinups, but it really takes me out of the setting when I see the female armor models. They don't look much like actual armor. I looks like it's been styled for sex appeal over protection and that dosen't fit with anything else. Why did they make female armor so radically different then the male armor?

Gonna have to ask what you're talking about. The Primal sets look nearly identical. The Sunstalker sets look pretty damn similar too. The male has a it more bading on the legs, but beyond that they look pretty much the same to me.......

Female armor has exposed midriff, thong strap, and thighs...
