Its mind blowing to see this stuff selling on Ebay, and the people who are over paying. 2 Plastic Phoneix kits sell, same day, ones $29 and one for $75. Mind blown.

RULES QUESTION, which didnt make sense to me, from the tutorial of the lion fight it says you roll to to the lion and and wounds you remove a card off its AI deck and dont look at it. But then it goes on to say you gotta look at wound cards to see if they trigger on a crit or a fail....??? so what is it.

You have to look at the Hit Location card to see if it has a critical or failure condition.

Yep, I listed my survivor extras box with a buy it now of $150 and it sold in about 4 hours. The game contents are going to keep me busy for quite a while that the extras would just sit around and take up space. There's something about KD and CMON that people will drop a lot of cash on the extra plastic.

A Monster arrived in Tennessee today if anyone's keeping track of progress.

and unless you have a big car you wouldn't want to be carrying a survivor reward home from work either (even worse if you walk or go by public transport)

Mine is at my house waiting for me when I get done traveling for work. I am pretty excited.

Even more awkward Orlando I cycle to work and only drive in when I absolutely have to as it takes 10 to 15 minutes longer and I hate sitting in traffic. No way it will fit on the bike.

Is the dangly cloth bit on a different sprue, or what? I was pretty careful clipping so don't think I lost a bit or anything...

I had that exact same trouble. It seems to just not fit very well. I think I'm going end up green stuffing over it.

Aha! That picture actually solved my problem! Couldnt figure out for the life of me where the two "extra" cloth bits


All of the bits for each mini are on the same sprue. They all share a letter/number in common, so carefully look at the fine print on the sprue to help you along. For example, The Butcher is "F".

As far as its assembly, it does fit, but doesn't "lock in" like the arms and other stuff does. There is a very particular way that the curves mesh. Just takes a little bit of finesse to make it right!

well, outside of some of the survivor lvl reward stuff, the kingsmen don't seem to hellish to build

At least as far as the starter survivors and the Lion go, it's relatively straight forward (save for the previously mentioned bit of Beardy's cloth). So you know... Iffin you were REALLY wanting to get moving on a game you could conceivably start

I arrived home and a black monolith appeared before me. No email that it was sent.

Now it's just waiting for the second wave for the add-ons.

Tomorrow is my due date.

Almost at the same time as my niece's due date- I guess she wanted to arrive on the scene in time for Kingdom Death to arrive (even though she was *SUPPOSED* to be born on the same day as my son).

Now to clear off the two half built Wrath of Kings starters, Trollblood cavalry, Trollkin Sorcerers, Kriel Warriors, Firebreathers, about two dozen Confrontation orcs and dwarfs, a half dozen large Mierce figures, and a myriad of many other figures laying on my dining room table waiting to be finished getting put together.

Then maybe I can play it.

Well, just played our first two hunts, and damn is it nice. Bookkeeping-heavy, but everything else is great. Only one rule we needed to guess on, and we decided we were looking at it too literally 'cause otherwise it would have looped unreasonably nastily (esp. for something that early).

Has anyone successfully assembled the female miniature on the Screaming Antelope sprue? I can't seem to figure out what goes in the hole in the back.

I tried, I edited, I tried again. Gave up. Phrased it best I could. It's a bit of a spoilery thing. Decided to go with the spoiler-resistant suggestive wording.

If that's the female 'intimacy' figure the FB group are suggesting there's a really small feather (2-3mm) on the sprue that looks like it fits,

I'm pretty sure the feather thing is a hair ornament that goes in the hole on top of her head (see the intimacy event page in the book). I couldn't figure out what went in the hole on the back either, and I didn't have any spare pieces left after assembling them.

Well, here's hoping they'll upload proper instructions soon then.
