What the?

Now, I could just be old, but I don't get it.
Something to do with a nintendo game, I take it?

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

For the nintendo 64, so in a way old itself now.

I think I still out old it.

I had zero to do with consoles between my Atari 2600 and my PS2 (in 2003). Completely missed all of the nintendo craziness - but given the fondness they had for chibi stuff, not something I've missed.

It does explain why I have no love for the aesthetics of Super Dungeon Explore, though.

You missed GoldenEye64 -the high point of video gaming.

I'm not a fan of Bond movies - so I didn't expect much of the game - and I sure as hell wasn't getting a console just for it.
In the 90s, whilst all you young folk were getting RSI with your controllers, I was out, getting drunk, going clubbing and chasing women of flexible virtue. I had no time for gaming of any kind. My console gaming period was my pre-teens or post-30s (although I do have some friends who still have ALL of their old consoles and games and they still work.
For me, the high point of VG was Elite. It's been pretty much downhill since.

Hmm.... i now need to do 3 things.
1: Hunt down my old gameboy and zelda gameboy games. Then play them.
2: Play Ocarina of time and Majoras Mask and Twilight Princess again.
3: Buy Skyward sword.

It is near impossible to "out old" video games.

But, as far as this goes. It is a remake for the soundtrack to Majora's Mask, which was a sequel to the largely popular Ocarina of Time game for the N64.

It seems the Majora's Mask cult following has been growing fairly rapidly over the past few years.

Two words: time management, because I was able to play goldeneye and hit the town. Not at the same time of course

Bleh. Never was able to finish Ocarina of Time before the person I was borrowing it from wanted it back, and never even started Majora's Mask.

I started Majora's Mask, hated it, never continued after the 2nd giant.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Evidently my time management was better.
Day 1: Out on town.
Day 2: Gaming.
Day 3: See above, then ► A ▼ ► A ▼ .
Rinse and repeat ad nauseum.
