Don't mind it being late tbh. As long as it gets here. Mantic tried to get it sorted by once its out to UPS there dosen't seem to be all that much they can do.

I got a new update: delivery exception, package at station, arrived after courier dispatch. Translation from someone in the know? It's at my town's hub. Do I have to pick it up, despite leaving a note with tracking and signature?

My guess: Your box got here after the driver for that route had gone out on said route. You could try calling them to see if you can swing by to pick it up today, or if something else is awry.

Just a quick post today.

While I am missing a Sorak and some dice as many people are (the Sorak seems to be a factory packing issue, the dice issue I don't understand), inventory-wise it looks like Mantic otherwise did a great job including everything I ordered. 2 figures arrived with broken parts - one of the Plague 3rd gens and the squatting Yndij.

Antenocitis Workshop didn't fare as well, though. I'm missing one weapons locker and 2 refrigerated crates from the Military and Warehouse bundles. I've contacted them.

So far as what Mantic packed goes, my missing / broken problems are very minor. Overall, given the complexity of the KS order I placed, I'm impressed with how well they processed it.

(But James, I do want my second Sorak. )

I'm probably in for it, between two strike teams, booster bundles, and several battle zones... DOOOOMED. And later than expected. But not not on time so i'll get over that.

Yeah, I need to confirm the extent but I had one package of Marauders that looked like it might have sustained some damage in shipping. The paws on one of the dogs is definitely white from stress, but I need to see if it's broken or merely stressed. Other than that pack, everything else that's there seems to be ok. Hopefully I'll be submitting my order query by the end of the week.

I did cut out a battlezone's worth of terrain this morning and holy cow is it fun to just grab the squares and rustle them around. Also that's a goodly amount of tiles; can't wait until I've got all 13(!!) of the ones I have cut out.

It is coming home!!!! UPS e-mailed me and the package is on the move!!!!

The dice issue seems to have arisen in every KS package sent out, but luckily I was in the first wave of test shipping and got my Sorak. I also got a bonus bag with a Sorak in, as well as 1x Plague HMG bag and 2 X Rebel troopers bags thrown in for no reason extra. Seems like I lucked out as I had no mis-packs at all, bar the aforementioned dice.

Has anything been mentioned about the AI deck? I was trying to search through the kickstarter comments but that got old quick. Just wondering if Mantic has said when it was supposed to be released.

Looks like I beat the FedEx truck back to my house-my note was still on the door and they didn't drop the package or a "sorry we missed you" note. Waiting by the window.

The AI deck is not in the first wave shipping list. So, you'll get it in the second wave.

That, and I ordered one and it was not in my shipping invoice.

I have to double check which alien Reb is which. I honestly don't know.

How many poses are we supposed to have of each little one?

A Power of Attorney (POA) or form letter, authorizing FedEx/Broker to clear the shipment on behalf of the importer, is required for clearance.

Recommended action:
Importer must provide a Power of Attorney (POA) or a form letter authorizing FedEx/Broker to clear shipment.

I'm going to be contacting FedEx again tomorrow if things do not continue to move on.

What happened to the updates promised below?

As people are starting to get their hands on Deadzone, some people are asking what everything in the big brown box is - entirely understandable, as there's so much in there! Being the helpful souls that we are, we're going to put together a few updates that talk you through it all!

We saw pictures of the terrain sprues in that update, but that is the last update we've gotten.

It looks like Fedex WILL NOT send out an email when it gets moving, so keep checking your tracking numbers. Unfortunately, they don't seem to udate it very regularly either, since mine only says it was picked up and put in transit in Birmingham GB and that's it. Hopefully they got my address right.

Barzam, mine was very active during the evening. It went from GB yesterday and is within 5 miles of me now. If it says it's due tomorrow, you should have it. Best arrange a sick day from work.

Tonight at approximately 9pm EST it'll probably update to Stansted GB at which point it's flown to the USA, as where mine was last night. Mine arrived in the USA at 12:52 AM this morning and was delivered an hour ago

These guys aren't like certain French companies, they actually put updates out when they say it!

Cool, I added their blog to my RSS feed.

That's what I did, a while back during the kickstarter, as well as quirkworthy. Jake doesn't always updated about one of the mantic games, but its pretty common.
