All that complaining about modularity

now they're gone !

this is why we can't have nice things

(actually I suspect they've sold enough to wear out the moulds, so once they have another set made the figures will come back)

Actually, replacing them with modular ones would be the perfect outcome...

I have to say the customer service with puppets war I have received has always been tops, they can be a little slow answering at times but they have always dealt with problems fairly and rewardingly

Avatars of War are one of the worst to deal with I like there products however actually getting them is a task in its self.

Well, we will just have to differ in our interpretation of our experiences, so far at least.

As for the space troopers disappearing, it'd be easy enough for them to offer both types - modular and not-modular.

Get on their facebook and message them, they are usually pretty hot on that.

Shame they haven't communicated their thoughts about their choices.

I agree that a fully modular set and the less modular set both available is the best outcome.

I just want to buy the set they put up. It is weird how products disappear from their website before I can purchase them.

It's now 14 days since I placed my order (with question, etc). Still no communication at all from them. I'm kinda annoyed that I didn't get everything I'll ever want from them in one hit, because they're not exactly endearing me towards placing a second order...

Sorry to hear that, Az. I placed an order with them a few weeks ago. Took about a week to get a shipping confirmation email, goods arrived 3 days later.

Hope yours arrives soon.

You should have at least been hit by several automated emails. I've ordered with them 3 times and in every instance I've ended up with 3 separate emails from them; an acknowledgement of order, an acknowledgement of payment, and a shipping notification. You may want to check your spam box.

My Dragonfly just arrived! In the end it took them 2 weeks to ship it, but once marked 'shipped' it was here within 2 days, so Im happy enough...

Btw, you cannot really tell from their website pictures, but the pilots are two of their new 'space combat' guys, and judging from the size of the pilots, seem to be more IG size than marine, if that helps anyone...

It does actually. I know I'd have been very disappointed to buy them only to find out they were smaller. Thanks for the info.

I got mine. It took them almost 20 days to ship and another 2 weeks or so to get here but they arrived. I don't have an opinon on the quality yet as I'm currently working on another project. It was pretty well packaged though.

Packaged well enough (though components were piled into a bag, alå FW. also, far far more flash and air bubbles than anything Iv had before, which is odd as Iv tasted finecast, forge world and my own resin, none have been as messy as this. Dont get me wrong, its a beautiful kit, and I know Iv been very lucky with my finecasts, but Id heard good things about puppets war, this surprised me. Perhaps it because its the largest model they've done?

I have to say the resin casts can be a little hit and miss at times, some are pretty dam clean and mould line free, but every now and then you get a sprue of flash and the odd bad mould line.

Overall no worst than some other manufactures, but I do think this is an area they could improve on is the casting operation.

Well for anyone interested, I just finished (most of) a building guide to the Dragonfly, and included a scale shot with a Valk (I know you like your scale shots. Also, this is the crew compartment (PW have no pictures of it, so...)

I got a Payment Accepted and an Order Confirmation - both automated. Both over 2 weeks ago. They've changed the T&C on their website to "14 working days" before they ship - doubled from the "7 working days" that it was when I placed my order. I've emailed them and also posted to their Facebook. Soonish they'll be getting an automated email from PayPal, since they apparently have no concept of customer service.

It's a shame, I really wanted to get a pile of their Egyptian-themed stuff.

Any chance of getting an update on my order? A reply to my email or the question asked in my order over 2 weeks ago? Basic courtesy to your customers? Order: #004590

Just to clear things up,
the customer service is not done by the same person that does "forum activities". I can only pass this further (which was done). So everything regarding CS has to be done via email.

Please give us an update what is happening to the Space Warrior kit.
And if the Cyber Warriors just released are different from the old ones.
