Knowing this, I might not have asked to ship everything together...At the time, May didn't sound too bad =P

Don't feel bad you are not in that boat by yourself.

I wonder if the wave 2 shipment will include a restock of wave 1 stuff for the warehouses.

On the plus side, it is possible that Wave 3 may not lag so far behind, as Mark has been able to spend this time working on the sculpts, so they may be ready for tooling as soon as the factory is ready.

I followed that build, you did a great job.

I only have three support weapons left to do, but I've been sidetracked by Infinity, school, Malifaux, the Kurganovas...

I have to glue on arms for my 20 stormtroopers, then primer and paint.

But currently everything is 1500 miles away, and not goign to be here till the end of July.

Thats not too bad by KS standards. Relic Knights is going to be well past 6 months overdue, and other are even worse.

Even the gold standard Reaper is behind by a number of months. Dredd has been awful. Demons and Devils is months late. Alien Assimilation is late, and hasn't even really begun casting yet. Tentacles and Eyeballs was marginally late, but shipped out everything.

My friend who works for Behaviour (hence is working on the new MMO for W40K) said his company's motto is "on budget and on time." With appropriate understanding that you get what you pay for.

I lost my point before posting... there it is: we got amazing deals on almost all of those you mentionned, we have to be understanding of delays.

So the place I ordered from Wednesday night, did indeed ship it priority next day courier on Thursday morning. I got in contact with them Friday evening after 6pm, and it turns out the new couriers they're trialling aren't all that competent. Apparently my order was loaded onto a delivery van in Friday morning for Friday delivery, and is still (I hope) in that van now, Saturday night. Hopefully it's still there Monday morning, and actually gets delivered.

I gotta say, I was't expecting the Curse of Late Kickstarters to effect retail purchases of KS items as well...

Yeah, they offered to refund my shipping. I would have gotten these guys during the KS, but I was in for $700+ already on Mecha, girls and assault/heavy troopers. Ran out of money for the poor bloody infantry and their rides.

While. Lov the troops, I ish I had stayed with my initial plans and had gotten the 4 leviathans. Oh well, I wouldn't use them all anyway, and now I have adeptus arbites troopers, a big leviathan, and some extra weapons on the way.

The apoc release has inspired me to finally break this bad boy out and start building.

That's all for one leviathan?!?!

Good lord no wonder that box is so big!

I agree, if they would only re-lease those extra Weapon boxes!

The release of Apocalypse bodes well for seeing more Leviathans on the tabletop. I hope it's scaled well to the big Khorne robot since that thing looks like poop imo. A Mortis with a big scythe hand would make a much better big stompy chaos robot.

I think the only extra weapon available so far is the other vulcan cannon?
