I'm more concerned with the mess of hands the chair's back seems to be made of. That might not be so fun to paint.
Flesh colored primer and a wash? Okay.
Kind of bummed we didn't get any shots of the girl/podium thing with its boob-covering shirt on. I was curious to know how that'd look.

I'll keep that in mind from here out. Pointing to the kickstarter thread and saying there's an update is okay, though, right?

Oh man. I never thought I would have to worry about circumcising a plastic mini. Thank goodness it wasn't restic! It would hours of working on the shaft, and for a likely unsatisfactory conclusion.
On the other hand (heh), why should I have to go to town on the junk when I could just really give it to somebody else? Anybody want to buy the Scribe from me for $15 plus shipping? (Shipping would include tracking so you know where that little scribe's been stopping.)

That's from an anime, right? I mean, if it was KD, there's be tiny hands coming out of the vajayjay or a severed dong sword or something, right? Or is that the pin-up version?

Anyone know if the KDKS Pledge Manager will be reopened ever again to add things?
"...and special thanks to Judgedoug!" - Alessio Cavatore "Now you've gone too far Doug! ... Too far... " - Rick Priestley "I've decided that I'd rather not have you as a member of TMP." - Editor, The Miniatures Page "I'd rather put my testicles through a mangle than spend any time gaming with you." - Richard, TooFatLardies "We need a Doug Craig in every store." - Warlord Games "Thank you for being here, Judge Doug!" - Adam Troke

I'd originally tried to log in to the old pledge manager and was confused as well. They removed the resins, and upped the price on a few things (only major one is extra game copy is now $150).

Ugh, and all of the new releases seem awesome-although the Ammo Slave seems a little squicky to me. Caught me at a time when I'm strapped for disposable income. Shame.
It's unseasonably warm and beautiful here in NYC! We are busting our butts as usual and have 4 brand-new releases this month and an exciting encore.
First, a taste of the Great Game Hunters, hailing from the only known standing city in the land. A fortified and wealthy place of scheming courtiers and boasting trophy hunters.
Ammo Slave - Limited Collectors Run (500)
Fallen houses of Great Game Hunters are heartlessly dismantled and their members are sold into humiliating servitude to other great houses of the walled city.
Concept by Lokman Lam and Sculpted by Thomas David.
Great Game Hunter Rogue - Limited Collectors Run (500)
Tired of the courtly politics within the city, these rich, well-armed dilettantes set out into the wilderness to conquer the elements and prove their mastery over the foulest creatures they can track.
Concept by Yasmine Putri and Sculpted by Thomas David.
And a short interlude at the Holy Lands
White Knight - Limited Collectors Run (325)
A glorious vision in white and gold, imperious and beautifully crafted suits of armor striding confidently through the Holy Lands. They White Knights are the soldiers and enforcers of the Holy Lands' capricious whims and stringent rules. No one has ever glimpsed the creatures that inhabit the cold, gleaming, armor and lived to tell.
Concept by Danny Cruz and Sculpted by Thomas David.
A stop at the Twilight Order!
Archivist - Limited Collectors Run (500)
Refugees of the Great Library that hosted the collection of human knowledge. The Twilight Order now operates in pairs. An Archivist that guards the remaining scraps of knowledge and the Twilight Knight that she tasks with enforcing the agenda of the order.
Concept by Yasmine Putri and Sculpted by Thomas David.
Pinup Survivor Painting Guide
Our next in our series of advanced painting guides turns our focus on the Pinup Survivor. All of Scott's process and techniques are carefully chronicled and explained. Great for your brain!
Nice looking, but I think I'll wait for plastics to be honest. Probably won't all see plastic, but I'm not a completionist with KD luckily. That way madness lies.
As an aside, this raft seems like prototypes for KDM expansions as well as minis for the second game after monster, the name of which escapes me.
