So I've done a bit of testing with ender chests (and the wiki seems to confirm). It seems that diamond-locking ender chests and ender tanks doesn't make them private.

It just increases the amount of color combinations you can use.

It's not so much 'private' like a Lockbox does- but it attaches your name to that color combo on that box, meaning that if someone else makes a chest with that color combo, it won't open on your chest with that color combo. If you went to their place, an diamond'd that chest, then it would be a link between two "Gangstamuffin red-blue-red" chests.

But yeah, everyone can open the chests and access the contents. It's "Private" more in that others can't remotely access your ender network without your consent.

On one of the previous world resets I packed my friend's base into his own enderchest (privatized) because he couldn't get on. I was able to access his chest because I was right there.

need to kill a mob that has the "Weakness" debuff on it

There are specific weapons that give this effect in the mod, though I dunno what they are. I think you can brew weakness splash potions tho.

Brew a potion using a fermented spider eye.

If you make the ritual of binding and throw a diamond sword into it, it will create the bound sword, it applies the weakness debuff to creatures you hit.

Careful using the ritual though, lots of lightning gets summoned also.

Iv found using that sword is the easiest way to get the shards.

If you dont have the ritual setup or the stones to make it, I have one setup at my altar near spawn, youl just need an activation crystal to start it.
The ritual is the one of the left of the altar when you come from spawn.

Personally, Im split on the matter. On one hand, Im well established in this one. On the other, I really like the prospect of migrating to a new world xD

I like starting new worlds, its fun to explore and then rebuild an even better base.

Im sure dark will give us plenty of warning if/when a reset occurs so don't stress too much about it.

Theres an unknown issue that makes it uncraftable. Not via config, and theres no other documentation giving any reason why it'd be removed.

Last I remember, dark is willing to trade one for its component parts.

I abandoned my hazmat suit for about 5 different powersuits that have all lead to my death, I blame the powersuits.

I haven't had any trouble with my powersuit, you just need to get it configured right.

I hate the wretched things, which is why there is an armour stand wearing a zombie head and powersuit in the nexus. That's Dave, zombie Dark Angel. The armour has the highest-tier battery each and nothing else.

Hey 4, when I went to your place last week and the server crashed, I lost my power tool, Hammer, excavator, and Thaumic scoop. you didn't find them in your place did you?

It was going to have more, but it was too annoying to fit more. And no, i found nothing, sorry dude.

That's like saying your car sucks because you've never put gas in it and driven anywhere. It is annoying to put in the shields and jetpack, but once you do it rocks.

yarp! Im pretty much immune to lava so long as my batteries have a little charge and my hunger meter is full.

Now Natural Gas, on the other hand......

Weird, because I managed to make one but I can't actually use it.

My issue was that it slowed walking speed with nothing fitted beyond power, and moving slower than walk is almost unbearable for me.

Gotta install the walk assist. Thats how you carry more without slowing down much.

Also, you dont really need to max out power storage. I have a max of 4 or 5 MJ storage and its all spread out over my suit. I rarely find myself in need of more, especially with the kinetic generator

No, I don't max it out either. THe only thing I max out is the shields, and that's probably overkill. I fly super fast too. I can go real days before stopping to charge my helmet and rarely my breastplate after that.

Im a fan of blood armour. Makes me immune to fall dmg, drowning and fire. As long as I have life essence I dont take dmg either.
