SoB are just expensive in either situation, as said before 315 for minimum and below is minimum cost for maxed out FOC:

Total = 1525

Minimum £/$ cost for SoB army = £88.1 for 315 points

So not only the most expensive army to buy £/$ wise, also seems like one of most expensive points wise....

All using current GW prices......and this is why my entire army came from eBay!

That is a good question, iirc they are unlocked as troops choices rather than elites with a haemy, but not as both.

Page 85 of the dark eldar codex: lord of covens: wracks are a troops choice in any army that contain a haemonculus or haemonculus ancient. So I guess you can't,

Also the guy who did the SW min max foc forgot that your HQ's can't have the same wargear, so you have to buy them differing stuff which will bump up the cost.
