That's all I could think when I saw this, I was like, Warhmahordes has now gone Miss Piggy. To be honest, I don't like the 40k flying chariot thing but then again I don't play 40k all that much, I'm predominantly a Fantasy player.

Better be able to take a Croak Hunter in Helgas theme force.

Seriously, it makes Revenge of the Fallen look well written. I watch Asylum films for fun and I still think Murderfang's fluff is the stupid thing ever put to paper.

Totally picking her up. My wife has threatened to buy me a little girl's farm playset for all the animal people I've been painting lately (pigs, goats, bulls, wolves, birds).

They started as a subfaction

Mercs actually fits. They can take merc units and put that UA on them. They have in the past worked for Cryx for some sort of payment/arrangement, but they themselves are not Cryx. Well, some of them count as Cryx.

I don't own any everblight.

They'll be plastic actually. Pp doesn't do resin units.

No, restic. It's what mantic started calling the PVC that is the same stuff that privateer uses. The name sort of stuck.

It's terrible crap and I'll never buy anything made from it again, so no potential sale for me on the striders.

Incidentally, their old metal cavalry units have been reissued with resin horse bodies, so they do have resin units with metal parts.

Exciting to see them branch out into two unit/box packaging. Hopefully they do that in future releases---with a different 'plastic' .

All of the 'RAM' models are. You can get it on the PP store during GenCon (though I suppose shipping may be unreasonable).

It will likely be available from their website during whatever cons it is being sold at, just like last years exclusives.

I am really liking the looks of those Striders. A big improvement on what I used to think was one of the two ugliest factions in terms of infantry (Skorne and Legion). Those are nice models, though who knows how they will work in PVC after cleaning/scraping.

It makes me excited to think that Wolves/Reeves will be coming out soon in PVC. I can't bring myself to spend that kind of cash on models I don't like much, but a nicer material will help. (Those spears break at a glance, and the arms don't line up well.)

Those look fun.

I've got about 7 or 8 boxes of various PP restic that I'm loathe to start working on, but I can see myself painting up some Blightblades for some reason or another.
