I think I have like 80. Give or take 5 men. I'm not with them right now. I am using them for two groups of chaos cultists one with auto guns and one with auto pistols and CCWs. And then some guys with extra stuff

I have 30 odd guard,just trying to get enough together for an allied platoon and some extra's.

It'd be interesting to see the ratio of unpainted to painted (the only one's I count) gaurdsmen.

I'm currently at about 110 of my Cadians with Pig Iron heads, not counting Rattlings:

I don't plan on adding more than a squad or two of these, Mostly I just have some more Lascannon teams to build. Some day I hope to be able to summon up the enthusiasm to build the 5 tanks and Valks that are sitting on sprues in storage.

However, I'm currently working on a second guard army made from Squats. If you include those that are finished, I'm at 130 painted guardsmen. When both armies are done, I should top out at about 180.

Around 85 las guns, 7 with shotties, 18 with meltas, 24 with plasmas, 12 each with flamers, and gl, creed, and marbo with a ripper pistol. All are kasrkin minis with a fair amount of conversions. The company is also rocking 8 commissars, a bunch of inquisition minis representing priests, advisors, bodyguards, and an ass-load of servitors, 16 of which I converted into magnetized heavy weapons teams, and with 2 carrying the company standards.

Can't wait to get around to finishing up the project....

As for vehicles I have
9 russ MBTs, 1 demolisher, 1 vanquisher with pask, 1 executioner, 1 hellhound, 3 griffons (the original part metal ones) 3 basilisks, 1 deathstrike, 1 MLRS manticore, about 6 chimeras, 2 valkeries, a hellhammer (baneblade with a cannon that gives 0 cares about cover, two shadowswords that I am considering naming venus and serena ( I play apoc alot). I WANT to scratch build a macharius with the vulcan bolter, but need to find accurate dimensions before i start cutting. I'd also like to expand the fliers, but I really feel some of the forge world stuff is a bit wonky, and overpriced, so I'd like to convert lightnings out of WW2 era SBD Dauntless models of the appropriate size and maybe some p51 based ground attack planes. If I could get my hands on one to kitbash with a valkyrie, I'd like a hind based vulture, and of course, a B17 based maurauder bomber. I'm a sucker for props, adn its atmospheric aircraft anyway, who says they need jets?

I have 20 cadian shock troopers, that I've converted into a Gue'vesa fireteam (count as firewarriors) and a unit of Gue'vesa spotters (count as pathfinders)

I Think I've got just over 200, only half are painted. Work in progress they are.

any pics of them painted? The only ones I dealt with were in project pandora, and I was... unimpressed. TBH I'd prefer four single peice sculpts to the false options they had.

Just one guy, he's been unfortunate enough to be eaten by four hungry rippers.

6 Heavy Weapon Teams
10 Dust Warfare Laser Grenadiers used as Stormtroopers
1 Commissar Lord
1 Basilisk
2 Leman Russes
1 Sentinel

Of these, only 20 of the Cadians are still unpainted, having just purchased them, and I have another like 20 on the way before I've fleshed out the infantry of my go-to list.
