Nod. If I can afford them, I'll get the lot and also the bust - including the ones I don't much fancy. I've gotten a lot of pleasure from Kev's sculpts over the years. Some will make it into my O&G army if I ever resurrect it, as well as my Ork force, but I think a lot will just go into the cabinet and RPG trays (assuming they get painted!)

I doubt it'd be doable, but the one thing I feel that would really cap the whole endeavour off would be a new sculpt by Kev himself.

"I would like to thank everybody for their kind support and help , its really appreciated at a time when i cant work and feel under the weather .The models are very impressive from what ive seen and i'm touched by everybodys kindness.. I'm not a facebook member and have avoided joining for years so i'm not being unsociable .
My IMac was stolen so i'm struggling with an old pc that keeps crashing so even doing emails is frustrating for me .
I try and tell myself that i'm ok but family say i'm not my usual self so i reluctantly went to the doctors and found out that i have acute psychological damage as well as physical and the doctor has told me that i need councelling for quite some time as well as regular contact with victim support .
I'm angry that ive had my life messed with and am finding that difficult to deal with at times
Ive been told to rest and to not use the computer or be in too much contact so i will be quiet for a few more weeks while i heal .
I will bounce back and am determined to get making models soon but am signed off for a few more weeks .

There were two Sculptors who got me to transition from RPGs to wargaming, Kev Adams and Jes Goodwin. I’m outraged when anyone is assaulted in such a fashion and doubly so when it’s someone who had an such an impact on me growing up.

With that in mind I will be auctioning off Cambric Number 1 (of 500), fully painted and including an unpainted production master. It’ll take a couple of weeks to get this sorted (my Daughter is due in 28 days) but there is a link to the paypal donation account on the link above.

Another update from Kev, after we (goblinaid) just sent him the first batch of cash from the generous donations made already:

"I cant thank you enough ,everybody is being so kind and raising cash is going to help me a lot as i do worry about earning enough and want to get back working asap and that alone is worse than the physical pain . i'm stubborn and dont like to accept ive been knocked on my arse but i have to listen to family and take things more seriously regarding my recovery so i wont rush back into it .
It cheers me up loads that so many people care about me .
Sorry i didnt get back yesterday , this pc is very frustrating as its got about 1 gig of memory so crashes all the time .Should be getting a replacement Imac on insurance soon so that will be something to look forward to as i'm used to using a more powerful machine , its funny because my 2003 pc isnt up to scratch and nor am i
Spent three hours in the garden today with the jetter and cleaned all the patio and paving and it looks loads better and its cheered Jackie up too .was very disorientated at times though and right eye is wonky and i look like one of those dogs with saggy eyes LOL
Will do some more out there tomorrow and lets hope it warms up soon "

Kev's a tough old boy but this is starting to affect him psychologically now as well as physically, and with mounting bills and the always loveable glacial speed of insurance claims, he is struggling. We can't wait to get the goblin horde into production so that we can help him out more, but meanwhile the collection tins will be out at Salute, there'll be strictly limited GoblinAid badges available at £1 a pop, and we'll be producing limited goodies with the GoblinAid banner logo by Marty Whitmore for auction, too. Salute prep notwithstanding, I'm hoping to finally get a couple of auctions live on the eBay shop this evening.

Meanwhile if you have got a spare couple of squid then please, please forward it on to goblinaidATfenrisgamesDOTcom. Every donation, no matter how small, will really help Kev out.

Well dang, there's a chance I can get this goblin even though the kickstarter for them failed so that's cool.

I wonder if the goblins will be offered individually, or only as sets, etc?

I wonder how well the collecting tins went at Salute ?

fingers crossed they were nice and heavy by the end of the day

I picked up a couple of blisters. I would have got more but the random mix in each blister made it a bit difficult to really try to collet the set so to speak - foundry being mega busy didn't help as people surges for the goblinaid stuff.

I would have got the whole set but there didn't seem to be that option.

So some of these goblinaid minis were cast and in blisters already- or are you talking about other models?

How many per blister?

Each pack had a Kev Adams self portrait and about 5 or 6 gobbos.

I confess to have not looked at them too closely as I went straight out after salute. I'll take a look later and let you know.

GBP 10 or so each, as mentioned before? that would be pretty damn nice for 5-6 minis
