Hello Dakkites!
Though I've got a few threads lying towards the bottom of the P&M forums somewhere I thought this model deserved a thread of it's own. I bought the day it became available a few years ago and I just sat in stared at its place in the project shelf intimidated by the sheer magnitude of the project. (I didn't want to mess it up.) It's sat in the Forge World bags until my good friend at M2 Productions (Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/EmSquaredProductions?fref=ts ) agreed to take on this monumental task and bring my vision of the Phantom Titan while adding the touch of his masterful artisanship.

I wanted to my Biel-tan Phantom Titan to be a symbol and testament of strength for the every day Biel-tan citizen. Biel-tan have a proud tradition where when Biel-tan youth come of age, they embark on the path of the Warrior first before they can move onto other Eldar paths. My Guardians, Wraithguard and Wraithlords all share a paint scheme featuring GW Skull White armor with GW Snot Green helmets. Wanting the base to be as grand but not taking away from the Phantom Titan at all, I thought earth tones would be best even drawing on some fluff about the Biel-tan fighting with the Tallarn and M2 Productions executed flawlessly. Enough talking - on with what everyone really wants to see!

And the expression on my face the night I took delivery..
Enjoy!

Thats lush. And the 'receipt' photo is great. That's what good commission guys aim for. Seen a lot of M2 stuff. Always really really high quality.

Stunning looking titan, and the model is huge! I love the freehand on the foot, and the white colour overall is so clean and crisp.

That's a very inspiring model! Really shows how deadly yet elegant the eldar can be.
The titan alone is a fortune, but with this paintjob it would be substantially more. Does it worry you when you need to transport or carry it around? I'd be reluctant to use it for gaming incase one of the great unwashed knocks it over or breaks part of it off "accidently".

The base was just a wooden base you can pick up at any craft store.. it was built up using a piece of foam board and then the bunker on top of that. Automatically Appended Next Post: Asuryan wrote:That's a very inspiring model! Really shows how deadly yet elegant the eldar can be.

Thanks!
It hasn't seen any action since I received it.. just on display in my home for everyone to enjoy! It's not that awkward to carry around though, suprisingly light.

Freaking fantastic. I absolutely love the narrative the piece has with it. It looks like it's overlooking a defense line on a desert world as the rest of the Eldar forces overtake the lines that the Titan just broke. You did a great job on the freehand thorny vines on the leg. Overall, just awesome.

the paint job is =amazing, but the best piece for me is how well the actual gemstone above the eldar pilot's head is. The other spirit stones are good, but that one stone is what really caught my eye. It has amazing depth.
