If everyone right now backed for a Display Board (or another one) we'd unlock the full "Ruined Temple" theme and have room to spare. That's pretty close!

If everyone who has already pledged "only" added an extra $60 to their pledge?

$54 actually, and it's true.

Hi there, Dakka!

I seem to be confusing myself more and more as I read over the calculator, hopefully someone can help me out!

Did I miss a section for scatter terrain on the calculator?

It seems criminal not to throw in a wall set to go with rolling fields. Does the "Scrapyard Full Wall Set" work regardless of the theme you're intending to select?

Thanks for the help.

All of the wall sets are the same price, scatter terrain pricing is not finalized.

To be polite - true or not, it's a bit of a silly/ridiculous proposition.

I'm at work, if anyone can do me a favour and not cite pages or paragraphs, just tell me. If I add-on from the SWM catalog, will I get it in a separate package and, say, earlier than the tablescapes?

Not confirmed from what I have read.
I imagine they will be combined for us Aussies though, which seems fair enough, the shipping on this might give people heart attacks! For Canada I imagine that he would be able to do that.

It's hard to confirm this, as he doesn't want people talking about these 'other' add-ons on the KS site

Well thank the maker for Dakka, then!

Because I snatched a bag of flagstone 40mm for my not-Tau not-crisis that Paulson gave me a heap of help with... and I'd like to base my not-fire warriors with the same. And I'm tired of waiting on my FLGS to order asian themed bases too.

Do we know what we can expect to see before the KS closes?

I wouldn't mind going for a small rolling hills display board - but I'd like to see renders before I make up my mind.

Temple renders wouldn't be bad too, It's possible I'd go that route instead.

We might get a few fields tiles renders, but i wouldn't count on it. It takes forever to render one of them.

But as long as you are at an actual pledge level you will have pledge manager access, and will be able to add boards later.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I woke up this morning to find us just a few new backers away from unlocking the "Ruined Temple" Display Board -- and to find shiny new concept art for it waiting for me!

The two clean, dressed stone floors are raised foundation tiles -- and the perfect place to put some of our Broken Doric Columns!

We also have unbroken versions, of course, and there will be more scatter terrain coming for this theme -- and the wall/fortification set!

We're at 52 hours and things are starting to get crazy! Yesterday was our most funded day since the first week -- and it's part of a great trend.

I have to take my son on a field-trip this morning, and I know when I get back there will be another COMMENT EXPLOSION! and lots of new backers -- so here's to an incredibly busy afternoon, and another great day for the Tablescapes Tiles and our incredible backers!

About 52 Hours Remaining...

Also:
Creator Secret Weapon 8 minutes ago
if we're within a grand or two of unlocking the set I will certainly cover the difference.

So with 52 hours left I wouldn't worry at all about not unlocking the Ruined Temple.

I REALLY like the two raised foundation tiles, but I wish the other two were the more creative ones. Like the "half moon" one shown, or the one with a well in the middle. I think for a display board you might want that kind of thing. Then you've got 2 flat tiles to put your army on, and 2 to show off your display with

I put this comment on the KS page, too, hoping some more people agree with me on it!

This is just like how the rolling fields display board has the 90 degree creek bend on one of the tiles in the front... having the "half moon" tile or something similar would give the ruined temple display board a similar effect.

Secret Weapon wrote:@ RiTides -- we're actually still debating the quarter amphitheater tile for the "Ruined Temple" Display Board. The concern is that it is more limiting for army display... but it will LOOK great.

What a fast response! A few posters already chimed in in the comments that they'd like this, if you would too (or even if you wouldn't) please post up your thoughts .

I really hope the Quarter Amphitheater makes it in as one of the display board tiles!

I like the RT DB as it is currently, but would like to get additional Amphitheater tiles at some point in the future.

I wouldn't mind if the amphitheater existed in ruined temples, I'm currently debating about picking up a display board of ruined temples to go with my rolling fields (since I think they would make a nice combo together.

Cy, anyone, will I be able to add fundage later? idk if I can swing the 54/60 dollars for it atm

So is it confirmed we can add stuff from SW's store into our kickstarter pledge? How much shipping is needed to ship internationally?

I don't think they're allowed to confirm that right now. But I am SURE they will work with you... they just can't say it until the campaign is over, unfortunately, due to KS enforcing their rules this time (the problem isn't the rules... just the fact that they're rarely enforced, but are being in this case, about store add-ons).

Justin can't say that the store addons are allowed, just like I won't say they aren't.

Re: street layouts, could someone tell me why they decided on no 90-degree turn tiles? I think you're doing really great with what you've got, but a 90 or two would certainly make it easier!

I believe it is because of the limitations in working with two 8-unique tile sets to make a 16 tileset. (Since the Mixed set is the actual 16 Unique Tiles, and it was just split because of demand).

IIRC Justin mentioned that a 90 Degree Turn would be done as an expansion after the Kickstarter.

The Display Board for it will be unlocked in a few hours, and its very likely to make it to the full theme (or 'close enough')

Last 2 days... I'm betting the funding will blow by the temples and might even get close to the trench display board.
