Hi all.

So, I had a fun idea, for a space wolf chapter. The theme would basically be, scotsmen in space. It would basically be composed of red-haired, bearded, angry looking space wolves, with greenstuff kilt's (Or else just converting up with dark angels bit's to give them tartan sashes and such )

Army would be based on being assault heavy, combined with huge gun's, with at least one angry black scottish cyclops character, as a nod to the demoman of team fortress 2. (The meet the demoman youtube clip, was my inspiration for the army, just imagining all the marines with his character rather than their usual uptight, stoic attitude, made me laugh. )

Would this be a fun, fluffy (to a point) concept for an army. Has anyone done it before me? Would people like to see it? I know I would

If you some how manage to integrate every single Scottish stereotype into one army, I think it'd be the greatest thing ever...although I don't know how you could include alcoholism and porridge.

Tartan is the fabric used on scottish folk's kilt's and sashes.



If I made and played this army, I would be hard pressed not to be shouting like an angry scotsmen as the voices as my characters

I know a guy who gave his SW tartan sashes - it looked good, tartan goes with SW.

As a Scotman myself i have to say that i would love there to be a "Scottish" space wolves chapter, i also love the kilt idea, the only other thing that i can say is try and get bottles on the models, that would look epic.

TBH making a space woof army that looks scottish is disgraceful to the scotts.

If anything, I would suggest using blood angels. Drunken rage and all.

But only 1/6th of the army gets drunk, all Space Wolves have counter attack.

Something like the Ravenborn from these very forums?
