Corsairs are too small.
Cold ones are too small.
Executioners are way too small.

Corsairs work best in units of 40+. If you want smaller units, run xbows, since both will lose in combat, you might as well do something before combat.
Cold One Knights are too small. You don't have enough hitting power to win combat when charging and as sure as hell won't after the charge.
Executioners: I've gotten 18 to work as a support unit, but T3 5+ armor means you'll want at least 40. 5 is just free points that opponents will pick up before you ever swing. Don't take Tullaris ever. He sucks.

Repeating bolt throwers get mixed reviews. I went without them for a long time, then starting using them. I'd say they are worth 80 points, but cost 100.

Your characters need re-working too. Neither is survivable enough. The Master gets a 3+ armor save in combat, and that's it. Stubborn is nice, but he won't be alive to use it. Since he isn't a BSB, I'd just drop him to free up points for beefing up one of the other choices. Or, make him more survivable and put him on foot.
Likewise, your general is pretty exposed. That cloak isn't all that great. Find 10 points and give her the reverse ward save. Even then, I'd take her off the horse, or get some dark riders to escort her.

I was thinking of getting a unit of 20 Cold ones, 2x 20 Corsairs and 20 Executioners. But apart from that, is it okay?

20 Cold Ones is pushing it. If you want Cold Ones to work, you need a big unit with a BSB Master with the Hydra Banner in. Even so, I wouldn't recommend putting more than 15 in the unit. Eggs and baskets...

Corsairs are great, but they work best in units of 30+ (40 isn't always necessary, Matt, but it's nice if you can fit it in). They'll want AHWs, FC and the Sea Serpent Banner. They can work ok in units of 10 with Handbows as chaff, but I'd still not recommend it.

It depends on how competitive you're being but, unless you're set on including them, I'd leave the Executioners at home. They work best in a large horde with a Hag BSB with the Banner of Hag Graef, but you can't run that and the Cold One unit above, and, even if you did, they're not that good.

Onto the list comments:

- I'd run Shadow Magic on your Level 4 if I were you, it synergises brilliantly with the Army. Dark Magic is ok, but is underwhelming on a Level 4. Metal is another good choice if Shadow's not for you. I'd also make sure to bunker her somewhere where she won't get shot. The Warriors are an ideal place.

- Repeater Bolt Throwers aren't great. 10 Crossbowmen will do more damage, as will most other things you can get for 100 points.

Hope this advice helps!

Wizards can only take magical armour if they have the option for normal armour.

Yep, Page 172 of the rulebook (the small one anyway), under the paragraph "Magical Interference"

I WISH my DE sorceress could take magic armor, Armor of Darkness and Pendant of Khaelth would mean I never have to worry about her getting killed!
