She is possibly a recaster as well from what I can tell.
-=Edited by Lorek - Content =-
I bought a few FW shoulder pads from her and they had huge holes all in them. I've dealt with plenty of FW bits and have seen bad casts, but this looked really shady. All the bits had the same indentations on the inside of the pad like they were all homecast molds. Really odd, but I can't say 100% they were recast, just sketchy looking.
Anyway, same deal, she wouldn't replace or refund without me paying to send back the bad ones I told her to simply send replacements and I would return the bad ones in that package as I had thrown out the original already. She told me that was my problem and she wouldn't send replacements.
After several insult filled message from her I filed a claim and got my money back.

Starfarer, you might want to edit that first sentence before a mod has to...
I just sent another message to this seller saying I'll be posting negative feedback and filing a claim Friday if I don't have the model then, which will be over 3 weeks after it was paid for!

The scibor models I did get were 100% legit models, but I can't say the same for other items she sells. I know they are legit because resin colors match and consistency and quality is the same. I ordered direct from scibor everything I could not find on ebay so I have direct comparisons.
I will never buy from her again, and I just bought some horde cards from eBay yesterday. I started checking feedback and bought from the guy that had good feedback instead of cheapest.... Lesson learned. Couple cents is t worth dealing with CRAP.

I just opened a case- will let you know if it's resolved quickly. I tend to be quite forgiving in my interactions, believe it or not so if they do immediately refund me, I will likely leave only neutral (not negative) feedback.
Their responses have been prompt to me, and actually polite, which I was surprised by after reading this thread. But the fact remains that they item could not have been shipped when they claim that it was, and the tracking doesn't show up. So, either they will voluntarily refund me or Paypal will force it, but hopefully the former as I have other things to deal with right now

I've never had any issues with her that indicate any fakes. No one I know who has dealt with her has ever had any issues with authenticity of the materials she sells.
Can you provide examples/evidence?

Yea I don't think she recasts. She is just has bad practices. She sent me a message today after...what? Another week? She has to have the last word in everything. So expect some kind of response if you leave neg feedback, open a ticket, or anything that requires her to get off her...
did you get your refund?

Sorry about the thread necro but I didn't feel that it would be preferable to start a new thread about this particularly objectionable store. Lol, I just got sent a facebook invitation from this particularly vicious seller to buy direct from her because apparently she is tired of being "bullied" by ebay. Ironically, I never want anything to do with her because of the lying and harassment she engaged in when she shipped me 13 painted models in a tiny box with a SINGLE packing peanut as padding and I asked her for a partial refund due to the multiple models that were broken and one that was simply missing a limb.
It's pretty ridiculous to use your negative feedback/banned bidder list to solicit more business.

That's a shame that all of these scammers/irreputable business people move to facebook. Problem is facebook doesn't care about people using their page to rip other people off. I will say it was brought up earlier about her location in Tx.
It's listed as being in Copperas Cove, Tx which is 2 hours south east of Dallas.

Tired of being bullied by ebay? I am curious how she feels that shes being bullied. ebay has terms and conditions attached to it, just like any other site would have. Sell within the realm of those terms, and there's no reason for ebay to bully anyone.
I complete around 200 transactions per month on ebay. I give the customers what they ordered, and do so in the stated amount of time. It is really just that simple.
I would suggest she look into the seller protection that ebay has recently installed. They have prompts all over the place to report an abusive buyer. If a seller feels a buyer violates any terms, it's just as easy as shooting ebay a report.
http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/sellerprotection/policy.html
I had an instance a few months ago. A buyer bought a miniature from me, and was disappointed that it wasn't as large as they expected. They didn't contact me, and left a negative. I sent the buyer a message to ask why the negative was left, and why he didn't contact me. I also pointed out that I have a return policy for issues like this one. He responded with "refund my money and I will drop the negative feedback". As soon as he did that, I reported him for blackmailing via feedback. ebay took away the negative feedback, and looked further into his account. I don't know if anything else ever happened, because of privacy policy. All I know is, as a seller I used the tools ebay provided. I knew the policies, and knew when a buyer had violated those policies.
BTW: I have purchased from Players Cove in the past. I always had a very satisfactory experience, and would use them again if needed.

I suspect it's more of an issue of her wanting everything to go in her favor even when she is at fault. You can filter the thread for my first post to see how she dealt with the issue of minis she sent me that were damaged because of incredibly poor packing. Back then ebay didn't have the super-pro seller conditions that they do now so all I could do was leave back feedback without having it cost me even more money. I've been both ripped off as a seller and as a buyer on ebay so I can understand suspicious sellers but her response was completely inappropriate in my case and from the responses in this thread it doesn't appear to be an isolated case. Good riddance to her and her ebay store.

Really?
That is your response?
Do you highly value any person, institution, or so forth in your life Manchu?
It does not seem like it if your answer to me is, "Take it easy."
And I feel sorry for you if you do not.
Even being only half Texan (my Momma was a "web-foot" from Oregon), I was stilled instilled with, by my Daddy, the great reverence that native Texans have for their land, its peoples and its heritage.
Only Japanese I have met have anywhere the reverence for who they are, where they came from and what it is all about.
That is really sad once you think about it.
Simply Manchu, Texans revere their land.
One should not be knocking the whole due to some slimy deceitful snake found therein.

Seriously cut it out. I don't care how much you love Texas. The folks you're bitching out clearly meant no offense to you or anyone. If you love Texas so much then represent the state a bit better by showing some grace in dealing with criticism, a la Bossk_Hogg. As to whether I hold anything dear, I'm Catholic and I hear a ton of bs about that on here and elsewhere everyday. Doesn't give me license to pitch fits. Now let's have no more of this ITT as it's OT. If you have further concerns you can PM me.

INDEED!!!
Other than you did miss the apostrophes in "shouldnt" & "couldnt".
My experience is that Texas is big on education too.
Granted, for some folks, that is just an excuse to have football teams, but that is just some folks.

"We're"?
BH, where are you?
My people are up north of the Metroplex - the Sherman and Dennison area.
Indeed, there are a "few bad apples" or "turds" as my cousins say, but they get dealt with.
At least they all seems to be contained within the distinct minority of folks in Texas.
I was wondering just now BH, why do you have a variation on a Georgian handle?

As opposed to taking offence to people's noticing of a trend, that is shoddy buyers happening to come from Texas? Should I be offended if people notice they come from my home state? This is the internet man, if your skin ain't thick enough...

Since I am new and I have no idea where to ask this question and the incident occurred in this thread, I will ask it here.
Where can we point out the misuse of power a Mod has performed and get a real hearing on the particular behavior?
All I made was a calm statement about what I found to be generally offensive about some postings on this thread.
Another person replied calmly and I responded in kind.
While we were talking, Manchu busts in, tells me to shut it up and I received abusive treatment at his hands.
And then he deletes my request for an apology.
I really want to talk to someone in charge other than the assaulter himself Manchu.

You can PM Yakface (the owner) but he is a busy man, other moderators can also be PM'd and they will talk about it amongst themselves.
Just remember the triangle of friendship (Yellow Triangle in the top right to report posts) can be used for moderator posts too.
That being said, your post was off-topic, if you had a problem with them, report the post and/or PM a mod and they will take care of it.
