You guys are so lucky. I can only think of one store around that even sells GW stuff. It's about an hour away so I don't go often. At least they have a full bar, so after you pay those prices you can numb the blow with liquor! At any rate, it'd be an option if something happened to the online discount retailers I suppose. But then, after gas and all that, I might as well go to the GW 15 minutes away.

I'm very happy with TheWarStore; I got two frames of Dark Vengeance Deathwing, the Dark Vengeance Chaos Lord, and two War Walkers with no guns (not really a problem, given my massive pile of spare Eldar heavy weapons) for $70 including shipping the other day.

Are you not in Seattle as your profile says? Because there are tons of places in Seattle to buy 40k, not to mention offical GW stores.

I'm in Auburn, specifically. In Seattle I know of Card Kingdom which is the amazing place I mentioned. I'd love to go there more often. For gaming, not so much for buying minis really. If you know others in the general area, especially ones with a good player base, please pm me. I haven't found many other than GW. Especially further south.

I had good business with Cipher Games. As far as I can tell, they don't immediately have the new releases hot off the press, but the general selection is good.
They have a physical location in Illinois, so GW's oppressive restrictions do not apply to them. I got a whole ton of IG stuff for 20% off the GW price.
The only flaw was that they packed a Leman Russ Demolisher instead of a Leman Russ Battletank, but I was ok with that.
