GW model of these behemoths?
You missed the model that started it - the Trygon, and the models for Tyranids that followed, the Tervigon and Tyrannofex.
Tyranids also have scope for 3 more, if they want to keep mining 2nd edition for ideas.
The Tervigon is basically a reimagined Malefactor, which used to be a transport. But to keep it playing nice with the new aesthetic, it's now a breederbeast.
The Tyrannofex is basically a reimagined Exocrine with the Rupture Cannon, and the other weapons are logical additions to that type of gunbeast frame.
There's two more 'biotanks' left.
The Dactylis, which is a long range artillery beast. Think a Tervigon sized Biovore (in fact, Biovores were created as a way to get the Dactylis units gameplay from Epic into
40k). This would be a good place to put Skyfire for Tyranids on a new unit people will buy - flakk spores. Leave Biovores with the generic anti infantry spore mines, and give Dactylii different types, like anti tank, anti air, anti cover, etc.
The Haruspex. This was a tank sized assault beast. All claws and teeth and no sublety at all. Something like the
FW Scythed Heirodule.
Then, outside of the old biotanks, there's some units they can mine from the
CCG to reimagine. One is already in the fluff for the Tyranids, for hive fleet Jormungandr. Where they make a huge Trygon-like titan sized beast. That was a Viragon. Pretty much a gargantuan Trygon (yes, I know Trygons were gargantuan when
FW did them). Then there's the Cerebore, basically a Trygon transport creature.
So yeah, Tyranids have scope for more huge kits even just going back to the old units. Tyranids, really, should have a large range of monstrous creatures. They are, afterall, Tyranid versions of tanks. The Carnifex is a great alternative to Dreadnoughts, and the Tervigon and Tyrannofex are good attempts at kickstarting the monstrous 'tank' line, but there's definitely room to expand still.
