If that is ALL to wave 2... wave 3 will be massive. All bikers, trikes, troops, special troops, mechs etc are wave 3?

I thought all troops and heroines were the two first waves, and every uber stretch goals would be wave 3.

Although at this point, I might as well get Wave 1 and 2 together, so even if wave 3 holds the troops, I'd be ok.

Well, if the goings of the first wave are of any indication, it might at long last end well?

If it takes them 2 months to ship each wave, we might still need popcorn for a while.

I got the same e-mail as Orlando, and it says that all the troops will be part of Wave 2.

OPTION 3: Ship when Wave 2 (which will include all the Troops) is ready. As mentioned in Update #89, this will not be before the end of summer, if all goes well.

Damn, it's been a long day. I'm starting to become reasonable again.

Ok, so, word from them is all packages from Wave 1 have gone out(well, will have Monday), and everyone who paid for 2 wave shipping, carefully purchasing no uber-stretch goals and later additions, are shafted.

Because so far as we know, Wave 2 is 11 extra miniatures. I asked for confirmation, but they have not responded thus far to anyone asking.

I have a feeling they are going to drag those troop boxes until the last wave, which so far I can't see them finishing in three waves.

Those 11 minis are part of the 2nd Wave I thought they said. Not the bulk of it.

Have any of the updates mentioned the game system they're working on too?

I'd rather they focus on delivery of the goods first and expand their franchise later.

I agree, and that is what the updates say, but they are offering people to wait 2 weeks for them to get those extra minis in a wave shipment... which sounds like opening the door to much more confusion later on. And if the plan of Wave 1 as we know it, Wave 2 the rest of metal heroines + troops boxes, then Wave 3 resin heroines and uber stretches still held water, this would be a non-issue right now for the majority of us.

I've already given up on Wolfenstein being part of wave 2, she's still not done as far as we know right now.

Here is a box, inside of it is some scultping clay, randomly arranged and a few scultping tools. Until you open it, there might or might not be a finished Wolfenstein.

I like to think they've already done the digital sculpt at the very least.

That is indeed a "no." Because they also seem to be only able to do one thing at once, I prefer it that way.

Aaaaaaand if you think miniature design is a tough cookie, imagine designing rules, especially when clinging to a super-secret workflow and in all likeliness having no prior experience in rule writing.

I wouldn't dismiss European game design though. There is some sort of juju in the water on your side of the pond.

Any non-UK companies I should look to for inspiration? Not counting Rackham!

Got my parcel today. Postman saw me and gave it to me while I was refueling the car.

It seems that I got the same miniatures as monkeytroll. :(

Same casting errors as with his minis. Cruz beeing the worst.

Still Hilda has a problem with the coat. There is some black rubber still attached to the outmost parts of it
and it is raised about 0.5mm compared to the rest of the coat.
But I saw that I'm missing the bare head of Hilda. No probs since I wanted to use the helmeted one anyways.

Best and flawless is Tanja and also a nice surprise as it looks way better than in the pics I've seen before ordering.

Edit:
Just noticed that Joko doesn't seem to be in the same size as the other minis.
Also she isn't standing upright she is as tall as the others and her body seems oversized compared to the others.
But it's nevertheless a "great" mini.

That's something I've had happen with quite a few Forge World Elysians.

Nope.
Am going to work a bit on Cruz and then paint a big fresh scar across her face. Hope she won't mind.
Jokes apart, I look at it as a challenge.

But I so dearly hope that the troops boxes are faultless. Otherwise I will have to contact them.
