Working on a way to late pledge. The only KS exclusive was the Baker's dozen bonus mini. I'm sure we'll sort something, we had at least half a dozen people messaging us because KS/Stripe doesn't accept their particular credit card or whatever.

Concerning the Halloween sale and KS, is it possible to put in a Halloween sale order to be shipped with our KS stuff? It looks like the UK to US shipping for two orders would cost nearly as much as the models in one order. I don't need the Halloween sale stuff I want to buy soon, but I do need them

Great! I will put in an order tonight or tomorrow then. I am really glad you guys are taking that step for folks, because international shipping is one of the main reasons I haven't bought directly from HF for a while, and frankly I'd much rather you guys get the money from a model rather than just 30% or whatever the distributors pay.

Halloween Goody Bags

Anyone spending £70 or more* will qualify for a Halloween Goody Bag. Goody bags will contain a variety of 'things', a free mini or 2 (themed appropriately), some 'bitz' such as sand or cogs and, of course, extra Halloween candy (i.e. it's sour!).

*Actual total paid, including discount, postage, VAT etc.

Larger spends qualify for larger goody bags, no limit on goody bag size We will also theme the goody bag to the order, so if you ordered Fantasy the free mini/s wil be Fantasy and so on.

His corpulent form is prime breeding ground for the many disease on his desert planet and he is forced to spend daily treatments floating in his healing tank to try to keep ahead of them. Due to this practise, and the many workers, nurses and slaves that have seen it, the most popular insult whispered around the slums of the city roughly translates to "As smart as his penis is large".

Will there also be a clothed version? If so, will it be in a floating futuristic space suit? The pose and not-so-subtle hints as to the origins of the fluff blurb certainly seems to hint at this.

Is Hasslefree suffering from a massive backlog of orders or something? I know they're busy with the Kickstarter, and had a lot of people on sick leave at the same time.

I placed an order with them two months ago on September 8th. I've spent about 5 weeks trying to get in touch with them, occasionally getting an answer and a promise to "track down the paperwork" for my order as they couldn't figure out whether its been dispatched, only for several more weeks to go by without a response. I pm'd them on Facebook on Sunday and I know it was read but again they didn't answer. Its been two working days since then.

I don't even particularly care that its late, I just want to be kept informed and reassured that it hasn't gotten lost in the post or something.

Which is why we're closed (We're not busy with the KS, that's Kev at the moment).

Built up a backlog of problems, including a few problem orders that couldn't seem to be dug out of the, can I say gak on here?, I'm sure I will find out when I hit post.

We also have 4 people who can read something on the FB page, not always the best situation sorry.

You have tabs for Browse, Fantasy & Steampunk, Modern & Post Apoc, SciFi & Weird War, Basing & Accessories, Artemis Blacks, but the home page tab is the big Hasslefree Miniatures banner at the top of the site. People (like me) probably assume its just a non interactable banner. I never even knew you had a front page until I was given a direct link, it never occurred to me to click the banner.

Hi,

It's been a while since I ordered from Hasslefree, so I don,t remember. If I order Modern Trooper bodies that have a weapon in the description, does the weapon come as a separate piece that I can then just clip off and convert, or is it a solid piece?

It's just that so many of items have no pictures and almost the same description, I'm not sure anymore.
