Needs more gun - Survive something that would have surely killed the marine.
It comes from a comic called Preacher, where one of the characters, the Saint of Killers, survives a direct hit from a nuke. After the dust cleared, the only thing he had to say was "Needs more Gun," before walking off.
No bubblegum - A sacred award to those who have kicked copious amounts of ass during the mission.

It's alright, plasma pistols use different (smaller) clips, and YOU ACTUALLY HIT STUFF THIS MISSION.

Further-furthermore, its generally best for guys with the biggest weapons to be able to hit stuff (except maybe Silver).
Further-further-furthermore, to illustrate my point, an extract from the latest report: "The Ultramarines open fire on an advancing Khorne Berzerker: terribus hits him once, Vortigen twice, Porkpious twice, Titan four times, Davimus three times, and Securim once; but the Berzerker still stands! Rasputin, bless 'im, can't even hit him once."
