Apologies if I've missed something... But I have been looking through the inquisimunda rulebook and hav e noticed that the inquisitional cell rules have a distinct lack of inquisitors any thoughts on this?

Well, Inquisitors have almost unlimited power. So they prefer to send in their squad of specialists, lead by Interrogators... who are basically Inquisitors in training.
(sorry for the slight necro... << )

To be honest, even if you specifically want an Inquisitor, there's probably not a dramatic difference between Inquisitors and Interrogators for the purposes of a game like Inquisimunda.

Contrary to what we see in the 40k game, what makes an Inquisitor special is more his knowledge and force of personality than his ability to smack daemons upside the head. Okay, some Inquisitors are experienced warriors, but these are a bit of a minority - most Inquisitors are more valuable not in a major fight, given the value of their knowledge.
As far as the Necromunda rules are concerned, that might earn him a point on things like Initiative or Leadership, but as a game system intended largely for combat, Inquisimunda won't hugely focus on what makes an Inquisitor something more than an Interrogator.

Short version: An Inquisitor wouldn't be much different to an Interrogator in these rules anyway.
