7- Power of the Machine Spirit
8 Vector Strike (for the Chaos Daemons and Nid players) or Psyker

I think that the reduction of FNP from 4+ to 5+, while not making it lame by any stretch, diminishes a lot of it's awesomeness. My top ten list is composed of the rules that would damn near make me cry if removed.

On the flipside FNP is now much harder to bypass.
