I know you mentioned a jig, but could you show any more detail on how the rotor blades fit? I'm just curious if it'll be a good steady hands job, or finicky, damn near impossible job.

Like RiTidesmhas mentioned, and I'm sure you are tired of hearing, when this an the TRV heavies are out I'm placing an order. I'm chomping at them but for rhino replacements!!!

Although now that I'm considering it, if the worm is available in a few week's time, I may order it by itself while waiting on the other items. So, looking forward to that

Here's a pic of the rotor assembly.



I found it surprisingly easy once the first two or three blades were in. You'd need to let them dry thoroughly in place and trim the protruding bits before fitting the top ring. Still, there's the single piece rotor for scaredy cats.

No. a freebie version of maxwell for sketchup. I've not even begun to play with it yet, just managed to figure out focal depth and a few simple things. Seriously need to upgrade my computer though. that picture took about 10 minutes to render.

Various Crates and forklift combo (including a new 'warehouse' building)

Painting handle.


after that, we have a really big launch. up to and including (and perhaps exceeding) 6' x 4'.


There's a few other randoms to squeeze in here and there, but these are the priority items.

It will always be the Zephyr Penguin to me.

I liked it too. possible alternatives were: Flood Budgie and blizzard boobie.

What about the TRV light and heavie?

Standard TRV has been available for a few weeks now.

the heavy? well, we need to clear the backlog before I can get to those, unfortunately.

Well, I will definitely be ordering the wyrm as soon as it's available and maybe the penguin (yes, I like the old name too, it'll be an inside joke now ). Also a maybe on the crates / forklift combo.

I've just remembered, rather embarrassingly, that I've completely forgotten to put up the forklift instructions. I'll get on it for about Wednesday.
