Does 'painted MDF' mean prepainted?

If so, wow, I think I just found my Malifaux Quarantine Zone buildings.

I'll keep an eye on the kickstarter too. I have a couple of their models and they're gorgeous. Not really looking for another game, but if they've got some good miniature pledges I might consider it.

I backed Wolsung hard, and am backing this hard too. The Egyptian faction they've shown in the SG list couldn't have been any more perfectly crafted for my wife

i think the bit about "painted MDF" is explaining that its an MDF building that's been painted and it wont come like that.

I wonder if the thread title should be amended, people might think the KS is only for scenery.

Yeah, I saw the bit on the kickstarter page.

Still, they'd make great Malifaux Quarantine Zone buildings. So I'll definitely keep them in mind.

I'm so ridiculously tempted to go big on this one - but i just went big on the SAVAGE HORDES II Mierce Kickstarter that ended today.

I just need a bit more info on gameplay here, and I'll probably end up getting a lot here anyway!

I like the designs but I just can't do any more Kickstarters.. I sincerely wish you luck though.

I've seen these terrain pieces in person, they are absolutely amazing. An excellent compliment to Sebastian's equally amazing Twisted miniatures. Glad to see things are going well with the KS, best of luck!

Great work on the Twisted buildings - you're really pushing the boundaries of MDF design.

Yes, the Peregrine Y2K will be made available. We are going through some re-structuring and have just upgraded our laser and so have to spend a bit of time changing files to a different format.

Many new things are in the works. many. oh my yes.

Seriously the Peregrine Y2K has been at the top of my list since seeing it here last year, literally checking your website once a week to make sure I don't miss it. It's just so, so cool.

I'm going to use it as the personal vessel of the mercenary Hansa in games of Beyond the Gates of Antares.

Exciting news today.
Miniature Scenery is under new management!
For the last few weeks we have been hard at work converting files from Gcode to a new vector friendly format and test building things. Soon though we will start to tackle all of the other concept models you have been seeing around the place and start releasing them! Our designer though can not resist coming up with new things and designed a new bike model (this will probably be the first new release).
The Y2K Peregrine will not be far behind.
Along with the ownership change, there has been some business re-shuffling so we have dropped the "CNC Workshop" part of our name, and are now simply called Miniature Scenery. (we understand if you still call us "CNC Workshop" it's hard for us to get used to as well).
We have also purchased new equipment from Trotec Lasers (troteclaser.com.au) has been purchased to make the quality of miniaturescenery products even better. The new equipment features a movable bed and raster engraving capability which give us even more options for detail in the future. Keep an eye on the quality of your next orders and the new products that come out over the next few months, we hope you will be impressed.
Coming soon will be a new website, which is paypal and american express capable, along with better tracking and postage options.
As we settle in to our new business, we plan to revisit every aspect, from faster design and release times to better customer service. This will all take time however, so please bear with us as we address each part.
