And what do you think that Marines, Chaos Marines and Orks are? Or is it okay when it's all-male?
Actually CSM would have non-male marines. Thank you Slaanesh for making things ambiguous.

Presumably, the done thing would be to load them up into a Trukk. Or maybe they'll have some method of deep-striking. Certainly, some tactical flanking could get them into position.

Ha, thank you. Though I didn't mean it as a burn, just pointing out the obvious problem in criticising the Sisters for being a mono-gendered faction.
Hell, they're actually less mono-gendered than Marines or Orks, since they have clergymen and Flagellants, both of which are usually depicted as male. Doubt they'd be playable classes were the Sisters added, though

Sisters of Battle without the Insane Screaming Priests? That'd be blasphemy! Flagellents couldn't be played likely, but the priests at least have the badges of office (Which do double as force fields), and then you have the ones that can lead entire armies..

I'm just thinking that it'd be weird to suddenly swap genders for just one class is all. But maybe it's just me.

Priests may well be better suited for the Imperial Guard, come to think of it. Granted, they're from a different organisation, but so are Commissars - and whilst every Imperial Guard regiment has Preachers attached to it, the Sisters only work with them from time to time.
They could work similar to Commissars, just more focused on close rather than ranged combat and conferring a different bonus to nearby troops. Perhaps they'd give a bonus to movement speed and close combat, whereas the Commissar makes them reload/shoot faster or something.
Maybe Eternal Crusade could take a page from Mount & Blade Napoleonic Wars as far as such "officer mechanics" are concerned.
Both the Commissar as well as the Priest could also have some sort of "power" with a cooldown, such as the Commissar shooting in the air and yelling around (BLAM'ming IG player troops is probably out of the question ) whereas the Priest presents some sort of holy symbol and shouts a litany or something...

That doesn't answer what I'm asking though. MANz shine in CC, so I'm curious how they won't be ran away from. That's be like asking "how will boys effectively deal with flyer's " and answering " with lootas " that totally dodges the question.
Though the transports or a deep strike would certainly get that job done.

Well the problem is, going by the codex, a MANz unit cant deepstrike or teleport, we dont have the options like SM do. So in that sense, if there isnt a steady supply of vehicles OR if we cant just use teleportas, then I was curious how we would counter such a problem as speed. Because if a lowly Guardsmen is faster on foot than a MANz, eventually he would kill the MegaNob just because its a slow poke.

You are aware that MANZ also have giant guns right..?
Besides, they teleport all the time in the fluff, just not personal teleportas.

Combi-Rokkits would help, also it depends on if they allow for Tellyporta's and the such, or can be teleported by Warpheads.

I'm optimistic about it, and I think that a lot of other 40K fans are too. And like you mentioned, I think a big part of this is due to the good public relations by the devs. They've made it clear that they're hobbyists like us, and have been very open for such a big-project game.
Obviously I'm reserving final judgement until I've actually played the thing, but what we've seen so far is quite promising.
