Trying to keep all my models metal as they just 'feel' better. Now trying to figure out a paint scheme...

Testing out the a paint scheme. Not sure what to do about facial features. What do you guys think? is it too typical?

Started on one of the Daemon Princes

The colours are typically Slaanesh, yeah, but the execution is brilliant. That is some excellent blending on the skin (both the Daemonette/Mantis and the Daemon Prince).

not as sure with the night bringer though.

Finally stripped the Seekers


Also did some more painting on the prince. Not too sure what to do about his horns and face...


Seems like it's going to take me a while to get all of these painted.. So over the next week or so I'm going to try to put everything together so i can start playing test games or else they'll never get any table time =p

Finally finished putting together 30 seekers and 50 daemonettes... now I can get back to painting

Played a few games with the list and now I'm considering to add some Skull Cannons to this very Slaaneshi army. Do you guys have any ideas on what I can do to the Skull Cannon to make them look more Slaanesh-y? Of course i can just paint it with the same colors to match and that is first option.

Just wanna hear some of your suggestions! Alternative models? Conversion ideas?

Yeah, def needs some daemonettes operating the cannon.


Played a game against my brother who uses Grey Knights and the girls managed to hold their own. The game went on to turn 7 and to the very last shot. It was exhausting but definitely happy with the Slaanesh crew.

Anyways, here's an army shot with proxy flesh hounds in the mix to remind myself that I need to PAINT

Started work on Prince number 2 (even though the first one isn't completely finished) but this makes me look more productive

Those are some nice replacements for the daemonettes. I think the new ones by GW just look terrible.

Slowly but surely, getting the blending down. This is like a test of patience.

i've always loved the c'tan models, but i don't play necrons, but that is definitely a nice way of converting them into something else awesome!

Thanks!! I have to say though, I can't take all the credit for the princes as I was inspired by other conversions first

So today the Daemon Prince brothers were reunited to fight Grey Knights (again). The deceiver prince was MVP of the game as he flew over, vectorstriked, then lashed at a unit of GK's with Coteaz and instakill-ing him after getting pass a 2+ lookout sir and 2+ armor save!!! The Nightbringer Prince also did well as his portalglyth successfully spawned troops every turn! woot. However he was zapped by the warp storm result of 3 and lost 3 wounds on turn one

Still have some work on these princes, but they looked so good together I had to get a snap with my phone

Trying out a test color scheme on the seekers. I think the rider is fine, but the actual mount is a little underwhelming. Not sure if it's because of the color. Perhaps i should try a version with that dark green i'm using on the princes to match everything?

Looking damned good so far there. Maybe some brighter highlights on the steed could bring it up?

Thanks! And good point, I spent way more effort on the rider than the steed. I'm going to explore some other color options before I commit further on the steed.

Updates! Loving the army so far, it's a lot of fun to play, getting great feedback for the theme and models (even though they are mostly unpainted).

Took another shot at the seeker. This time with a more desaturated/green grey approach. Gives it a more evil/sinister look rather than the candyland purple steed above. I think it'll work in well with the dark green on the princes. Probably add some glowing blue eyes on the steed.


Also made some random progress on the next few models i plan to work on next.

Yeah! Once i saw the Diaz seekers i was like: 'oh man, one day i have to base my army off of these' and here i am =)

I'm one of those ADD painters who jump around model to model so here i am putting some hours into the Keeper of Secrets. There are still some colors that i need to figure out, but at least I'm making progress!


Hopefully after this keeper i can start my production line and crank out those seekers/daemonettes!

There's a lot to love here. A lot.
But in particular, I love the blended "skin" tones on the princes and the Keeper. Really creepy. Well done!

Man this is a very nice Slaaneshii army. The colour scheme is fantastic and you have excellent painting skills. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.

As far as getting a slaanesh skull cannon, you could always go with a Biovore and painting it up like that stuff. It's about the right size and is pretty much a walking penis.
