Wow, amazing paintjobs :O

May I ask you what colours are used in the skirt of the deva combirifle? I noticed it's less brown than the other whites used in your work, and I'm wondering if you used any colours for the skirt.

What colors were used for the hair on the Asura w/Multi Rifle? The tealish colors. Fantastic!

Thanks!

The colours used were a basecoat of Falcon Turquoise (Vallejo Game Colour), highlighted with Electric Blue (also VGC) and white. Black was added for shading.

Actually, the skirt uses exactly the same colours as the other models. The only difference is that I went a lot smaller on the shading, restricting it to the deeper folds. So, it still uses white, ivory, deck tan, german camo beige and violet (all Vallejo Model Colour, this is the "codex" recipe for Aleph white), only the ivory and deck tan are dominant on her skirt.

"Great job" doesn't even begin to describe it. Absolutely stunning!! The colors, the blending, the detail, it's all perfect. I can't even imagine what a better painted model would look like. I would consider myself lucky if mine came out half as good as yours.
I will definitely use your paint cocktail for 'white' body suits. Post everything you have, I'm dying to see more!

Hey everyone,

(cross-posting from my thread on the official infinity forums)

Here's my Penthesilea. Once again I stuck close t the official scheme, though with one major change. To the front of the bike I added a slightly modified version of her unit symbol. I liked how it turned out, the lines of the design followed the bike fairly well.

Penthesilea is such an awesome model that I wanted to do a good job on it, but damn, this took forever. I think I worked on this thing for about 5 weeks. I'm happy with it, but there are some places I could have done better. I had to finish though, sometimes you just have to stop painting a model. If I had the drive I could easily spend another couple weeks working on her, there is so much detail there.

Anyhoo, glad to hear any feedback you have!

Gorgeous. Love the purples on the bike. Her hair looks really good too.

I'd be interested in how many 'hours' put in. 'Weeks' is too nebulous

As with the others you've shown, that is a seriously impressive paintjob. Thanks for posting!

I try to paint at least an hour each night, but there are a few nights a week I just can't get to it. If I had to put a number on it I would say around 20-25.

I just realized, the Penthesilea is wearing the same gear as the Chandra. Neat. But yeah, as everyone else has already pointed out, that is a beautiful figure right there.

My favourite miniature of 2013, and absolutely stunningly painted.

Actually prefer the colour palette you have used to the one used by CB !

Hey everyone, it's been a little while since I've updated this. I've worked on a few models in the meantime, some Infinity, some not. For Infinity I have the following for you:

Nesaie Alke, Thorakitai Warrant Officer

Deva Functionary

Finally, Gogo Marlene. This model was painted as a tournament prize, the winner chose the model and colours and I painted it for them. The winner wanted to base the model themselves, so it was mounted on a temporary base for the photos.

Hope you like them!

Absolutely insane! The blending of colour you've achieved is just amazing..

And, very brave customer choosing to base that themselves! I wouldn't want to even touch it

Hello everyone,

Here's my newest Infinity model, Atalanta and her Spotbot. I tried to keep her close to her art, so her gun is black and white as opposed to the usual straight black. The most difficult part of the model was the stripe on her skirt. It took a lot of time, but I'm happy with the result. Her spotbot was fun to paint, it's so small, but so characterful.
