We all know Ward is secretly loving it inside despite his attitude in that vid. The overpowered-ness, the electric shocks dispensed by a hooded male dominatrix, you can see the ecstasy behind that terrified grimace.
I absolutely loathe these guys. Their animation is trash and their jokes are older than their target audience. It's better than the Draigo video at least, but I still couldn't finish it.

i didn't like the Draigo stuff at all, and i enjoy some immature humor sometimes...
the two Space Hulk videos, on the other hand, are instant classics for me...
the first SH vid was the best of all, and had me rolling...

I partially agree, their first space hulk one was mostly entertaining (some stuff I didn't really laugh at, but I don't think it should be expected for them to make me laugh at every joke). "I feel so...expendable". Love it. Not a fan of any of their others though, including this one. It was just a bit too...I dunno, it seemed like it almost wanted to be metalocalypse but it wasn't nearly as funny (note this is just my opinion, others could well hate this show).
I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

It's because it's trying really, REALLY hard to be edgy. Metalocalypse gets away with it because there's people with talent behind the show. This is just ugly and horribly unfunny. It's kind of ironic that they beat a dead horse in this video, both literally and figuratively.

Plus Nathan Explosion is quite possibly the greatest name for a metal singer, ever.

Sounds A LOT like your dawn of war video! So you should be loving this stuff then!
Anyway I really enjoyed this video, especially laughed hard at the exec with the warp dust.
The was the funniest thing I have sen al week. Give me MOAR!

Saw it when it barely came out. I thought it was quite amusing and depressingly true.
I'm glad I'm not the only one getting a metaloclapyse feeling from it as well.

I like how all the things in there were totally relevant to GW and absolutely Hlarious! LOL! Like that time that kid got shot by a GW legal team representative for having an unofficial model, or the time Kirby went on a tirade about how much he hated Rush, or even that time when they made that space marine in a space marine! (I think GW called it a dreadnought though) LMFAO
And I loved the fact they sacrificed a sixth of the video for an absolutely hilarious and witty in joke about the guys who made the video! I mean, it's hilarious, because they made the video, but they put a joke in the video that takes the mickey out of themselves! Why has no one thought of that before? Hahaha
Final point, that looping background music with that single brass melody didnt get really annoying by the end. Not I'm the slightest.

I was more impressed that someone put so much time and animation effort into delivering what was essentially the four most common jokes about Games Workshop.

Therein lies the rub.
This conversation about GW being evil/overpriced has been going on since at least 2003 on Portent, GW message board, the Official GW message board etc.
Anybody remember Portent?
Now called Warseer?
Anybody?

I found that really funny, because it's more than obvious that the video very much is about one particular company. It's sarcasm, rather than an actual disclaimer.

Eh, not as good as their other videos. Still good for a couple of laughs. The "give em hell" bit made me laugh in particular.
I find it funny that people are taking this seriously though. These guys take the piss out of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING.
Their web comic is a lot funnier, as is their space hulk and draigo videos. Interested to see what they'll do for Orks and IG. IG have already popped up in the Regular marine comic and if they capture that feel in a video it will be hilarious.

I made an intentionally terrible cartoon in like 6 hours, this must mean I am exempt from being able to criticize something that is objectively horrible. Yup, totally.
Also watch one of my other cartoons if you want to see well done animation or something with some level of heart and soul, unlike this trying-too-hard swill.
