Raging Heroes made a lengthy kickstarter update about the progress on their SciFi The Toughest Girls of the Galaxy" kickstarter, which should be posted by someone in the relevant thread there. It also contained a preview of the future Dark Elf kickstarter which will come next after TTG is done:

First off, and most importantly, we want to be very clear on this: For now, our priority and focus is on the delivery of the TGG Kickstarter.

So here is a small sample of ten of the designs we've got tucked away. This DE army will fit into our own Fantasy game setting.

Sci-Fi versions of the Dark Elves are also done. They could conceivably be part of a DE Kickstarter.

And to make things more interesting, we'd likely add to this project the Sisters of Eternal Mercy, for which both Sci-Fi and Fantasy versions are being considered.

However, no, we absolutely don't have a date for this Kickstarter project at this point in time, although we are curious to see if you're interested in that and if these concepts are meeting your expectations, if you want a Kickstarter on this or just that we release models one after the other, whenever we can, and, well anything that's on your mind, really.

But again, our priority and focus is on the delivery of the TGG Kickstarter.

Those do look amazing. I sure hope we get our TGG stuff before this breaks, but it looks really good anyway.

I'm sure these will be amazing figures when they're eventually released. A bit of a long wait first, though...

So the Kickstarter (which won't be for some time now) will be for a Dark Elf fantasy/sci-fi army AND space nun/normal nun - that seems like an odd combo.

I'd run them as at least 2 separate KSers. Otherwise there will be a lot of bored space nun players grumbling during all the stretch goals that unlock fantasy elves and vice-versa.

I may or may not be getting a load of these.. I think I'll let my avatar speak for the likely hood of me jumping on board.

Although I will say, that puts to bed any thoughts of picking up GW harpies, I can wait to add them to the army. I've got enough to paint to last me well into next year.

Some of the character designs just from those sneak peaks are looking amazing, will be very interested. Maybe not as deep as I was with TGG, but I was buying for both mine and Aura's armies with that one.

Hmmm, some of those designs really are lovely and a few others...

not so much! Overall they've certainly piqued my interest, those loveable French bastards.

I'll be interested to see how Raging Heroes fulfill their first kickstarter before I stump up any cash, though.

Otherwise, I'm pretty sold on the idea!

Oh! I didn't see that. What a terrible idea. They'd be better off doing them as four unique Kickstarters that deliver quickly, and build off a (theoretical) increasing level of success as each KS goes through.

Fairly easy to work around that, simply ensure there are pledge levels with choices for all options, and every stretch goal and freebie has an option for each too.

Whilst some of those concepts do look good, and based on RH's track record the sculpts will probably also look good, I'd want at least wave 1 of TGG in my hands before dropping any money on another KS from them. Ideally, wave 2 should have shipped as well, before they click the big green button to start the project.

Though even then, I'd not go in for as much as TGG. Simply because I can't see a use for most of them at present. The altar looks interesting enough, depending on price.

I like these a whole lot more than TGG. I can see myself dropping a pretty big chunk of change here.

1.) The TTG kickstarter progress is featured in the separate kickstarter thread linked to above. The progress is reported there, including a massive update send at the same time as the Dark Elf update. But even in this Dark Elf update they make it clear that fulfilling the TTG kickstarter comes first.
2.) While production staff is busy, concept sketch painter has his job mostly done. Most (if not all) of the sketches shown here have been ready for a while though.
3.) This announcement is done, because several people are interested in Dark Elf miniatures right now and asking for alternatives. So RH gives this preview (without any details on when and how these will be available).
4.) RH are asking for feedback now. Whether people prefer a kickstarter or single releases. Whether people prefer Dark Elves only or combined with SciFi Dark Elves and/or Sisters. Whether people like the concepts. So your feedback will help them decide.

I mean in terms of people like myself who would (theoretically) like to go in decently on all four options. $300-500 each on 4 kickstarters over a year (or three, or four with this being RH) is very doable, while $1200-2k on one is just never gonna happen... that's aside from the whole stretch goal aspect.

HA! If you start saving up now you should have more than enough dosh for when this KS goes live, as the current project is still merrily putt-putting along showing off stuff that was supposed to go up during the KS itself!
