I say we do a general restart. A lot of the original players have probably lost interest.
Then again, given the nature of this thread it wouldn't be exactly hard to exclude them.

I'll also try and see about keeping the power levels saner at the start so it becomes more surprising when you start throwing galaxies around like it's TTGL disregard that citizen.
