You probably won't need to upgrade to chain fists. You could use those points to give your last tac squad some specials/heavies.

its a free upgrade from the hammer.

I would take the hammer. The +2 (total) to the damage table rolls is a big plus, unless you meta has alot of av 14.
An yes, this is a pretty scary list, with alot of well though out fail-safe redundancy. Nicely done.
