Both the fantasy bundles released in November were for Vampire Counts. Eldar and Tau, the respective 40k equivalents already have some supplements out in the wild already... You might be on to something, or I'm just looking between some lines that don't really exist!

Wasn't there, at some point, a rumoured "Book of Tzeentch" supplement to consolidate Daemons and Chaos Space Marines? Not that I think it's likely.

These would be my guesses. There have been a ton of (salty) rumors about Book's of (Chaos God) and Chaos Legions. Not to mention that looks like a very Tzeentchy claw holding a very Tzeentchy fireball, and the shape behind the fireball looks like a wing.

It looks like a Wing, but it's not a bird wing as would be typical on Tzeentch Daemons. More of a bat-wing as you'd find on Bloodthirsters. As much as I'd like it to be Thousand Sons related, I suspect the people rooting for vampires are closer.
