Really? A couple of my gaming pals have played it and liked it. I have a rather large Han army and I think one or two of my buddies just got an army from MM as well.

Last year it was 10% off, CYBER2012 was the coupon code. I tried using CYBER2013 just in case and that didn't work.

Just tried using it, apparently it's "already been used". Bit odd as I don't think I've ever ordered from the Mantic site!

Strange, It just came round in the mantic news letter and I've copy/pasted it

the only exclusion is pre-order stuff, it should work for anything else

Mantic probably set it up as a one time use coupon code

Well, I received an email from FRPGames at 5:30pm PST Monday, and, so far, the sale doesn't look anything different from their usual sale / clearance.

AFAIK, They have no free shipping threshold. So far, it's been roughly $6 for the first two items, and $1 for each additional one.

Yup, frpgames utter fail for BF/CM sale. Last year was an additional 10% off on sale/clearance items. This year it's just their sale/clearance items as normal.

That seems kind of like what the warstore did, although they did have their usual 5% extra, but the 'special deals' or whatever their extra categories were seemed the same as before the sale.

There was definitely more in there, I check TWS Bargain Basement every couple days and during BF they had added a few things (a couple dozen items like a Panther and other stuff in the Warlord section, which I took advantage of... on sale plus another 5% off = deal)

Yup, got their email tonight and took a peek at the same exact items on the same discount as on Friday when I looked. Last year they had alot of great deals (lessened somewhat with their tendency of charging alot for shipping) and I placed two orders from them during the holidays. This year, miniature market scratched the Merry Christmas to me! itch.

My Miniature Market order got in yesterday.

Really surprised with that quick turn around!

I'm with Doug. Played the game with a friend who owned some (admittedly after ordering a bunch), and it proved very fun and light. I liken it to being "X-wing" for a mass-battles game. Seems to make a good intro to wargaming product and I can own enough for six players and tons of options for less than one Riptide. :-p

I stalk eBay for Red Blok and Oni. Sometimes there are deals to be had on Red Blok, but Oni are fetching pretty extreme prices.

Only 8 pieces to go for me to complete my AT-43 collection (at least one of every single item with box). Took forever to find a boxed Bunker.

Edit: Swet ONI collection btw.

I'm a bit jealous... I haven't even gotten any tracking info on mine (assuming that they even send it out). Do they?? I haven't bothered following up with them yet as their disclaimer said that black friday orders would have a bigger than normal handling time (4 business days IIRC).

No tracking info just told me it shipped... on Sunday... so hopefully get it today as it was the 1-day shipping. We'll see.

A little bit of info here.

Went to put in an order at the Fantasy Flight games thing, went to buy two books for Warhammer Fantasy RPG, and a couple N scale models....the shipping at it's cheapest was 18.00.

yeah, FFG's shipping is ridiculous. considered getting Fortress America and base shipping was $15.

It didn't give me the option for normal shipping after I had added everything on.

Man I love that flyer! But yea I don't blame him, I would too! I wanted to get more than the Dotch yaga from the MM sale, I've really been wanting to pick up a Hussar but they are sooooo expensive! I wish they would have put them on sale too.
