I get to work on the diorama of the high elves. The whole idea of ​​this ship and its crew on the high seas.

Diorama will be created on the basis of the dimensions of 61x61x15 [cm].

there will be over 60 high elves models on this boat.

A HE ship being boarded by Skaven would be pretty awesome. DE might make more sense, but that's altogether too many Elves in too small a space.

we have two months until armies on parade will start.

All miniatures are assebled and prepared for painting.

and my latest Armies on Parade 2013 from GW Warsaw in Poland which won gold as well as my entry in 2012. So ialready have 2 golden medals from Poland. Now its time or Netherland and aybe games day in deutshland

- 60 lothern sea guards
- 4 bolt throwers
- Phoenix
- few characters
- lothern skycutter (converted on normal boat cause flying looks too weird)

Since you asked for C&C I'll just say it looks awesome and I'm really eager to see the finished result! I have been watching the thread closely and eagerly to see how the ship comes out.

Is that just some sort of body filler (automotive?) you used to fill in the armature of the ship? The green stuff?

But yeah, looking great, can't think of any suggestions as you seem to already have really good direction and the capacity to reach your goal

Hull is looking good, nothing to add but when your done, lots of stores, barrels, or other navel bits any ship would need on a long voyage to sustain crew.

@AllSeeingSkink this green putty is normal filling putty for cars. Cheapest one that I found in my local store.

Very cool so far! What kind of stand or base will the ship be on?

McRobot the ship with 60 seaguards 4 bolt throwers Mage and lord on it, flamesphire Phoenix and sky cutter converted on normal boat will be mounted on ocean as display board. There will be also display plinth drilled inside (for all this stuff) with metal plate on front of it
